The ribeye, cooked medium, was J U I C Y...see the pic for yourself. Moist, right texture and seasoned well. The rockfish was good. My only gripe with this dish is that the description said rice "pilaf" would accompany the dish. I've never been to culinary school, but I am somewhat of a "foodie." Rice pilaf is typically well-seasoned in a flavored broth. This rice? Straight up white rice. Total fail. Trying to watch my waist line is another thing, so I didn't eat this PLAIN, white rice. However, the lima bean succotash with the street butter corn were great! Lastly, two more notes -- I love "farm to table" restaurants. If you follow me, you know I'm into all things "relatively" healthy; so, kudos to Titan Hospitality Group wanting to be the healthy change we need! Secondly, our server, Jada...she was great. I asked Rachael how they were and if she had had them and she honestly said she had not, but that her daughter loved them. I love it when you ask your weight staff, and they are honest with you rather than just making something up. It's very helpful! The portions were huge and we had to get boxes to bring home. When she brought the boxes, Rachael even offered to put our coffee in to goat cups for us! The atmosphere is nice, the food is very good, and, if you're lucky enough to have Rachael as your server, you will not be disappointed!
