That's a huge plus for me since I'm notorious for losing receipts--this makes returns or exchanges a breeze. Overall, solid experience. I had a hydraulic leak in my Kubota BX24 and took in a ram and two connecting hydraulic hoses I…read moresuspected were the culprit. In ten minutes or so they said they found the leak, and asked me to take a look in the shop. They had pressurized the ram through the two hoses and bingo, small pin hole leaking profusely in one of the hoses. They recommended getting both replaced as the other had severe wear marks in one area. They didn't have the hoses in stock, but no problem, they could make both in about 20 minutes. They did and under $80 for both custom made hoses. Awesome people and looked to have a multitude of parts and accessories for tractors, truck and trailer hitches as well. Highly recommended!
