I love tractor Supply in Minden. Warm Friendly people. I have never had a problem ordering online until now. I have ordered online 3 times without a problem. This last order was a disaster and its because of the Manager Rick. He is useless as a Manager. Not sure how he secured that position. My txt came in, My order was ready and it wasn't there. He did nothing to find the problem except to call customer service. He gave me the number and walked away. Trishia at Customer service was so nice and helpful, she had the order put in again with an E-gift card. The next day I got a call saying they found it. when I went to get it, Rick had left for the day. I picked it up and still wanted the repeat order Trishia had put in. It happened again. It was nowhere to be found after a txt saying it was ready for pick up. Jennifer,The manager for that day said she would call customer service for me and find out what happened. I am still waiting for a response. The reason for my bad review is Rick the Manager who did nothing to help this customer. He needs to go. read more

I wandered in looking for something I couldn't find easily. There seemed to be a few men here working, but they all seemed very very very very busy, busy enough to see me obviously wandering around looking for something, but not really going out of their way to ask me what they could help me with. Apparently putting red tape in a giant square on the floor was taking up all their time and concentration. That's okay. I didn't have to spend my $10 here anyway. On the plus side, they had a 10-foot fake weather vane that would look right nice on a ranch. read more

When TSC first moved to the region, I was thinking that it would be another over glorified C-A-L Ranch or feed store. How wrong I was! First, they're one of the few places that has parts for Cub Cadet tractors and lawn mowers. Yes, they're a MTD brand, however, it's hard to find blades outside of Home Depot for them. Another thing is that they have a much larger selection than the Carson City store. They actually have a lawn and garden section twice the size of Carson's. Every time I'm down here, wind up finding something new and most important - what I was looking for. read more

Never thought I'd be writing a review for a Tractor Supply store in Gardnerville, NV but here I am. Eat your heart out Yelp. Came here because while I was in town visiting unnoticed they have a discount puppy vaccine clinic on Saturdays at 1PM. So I packed up Rosé (my 5 month fur baby) and headed over! Great size store I must say! It's kind of like a Home Depot and a PetCo had a little baby and poof Tractor Supply Store! I was a little early so I browsed through John Deer onsies (I'm easily distracted) organic dog food options and of course their huge selections of baby chicks and ducklings!! Insert all the heart eyes here Once I used every last drop of what will power I have left and walked away from said ducklings, I headed over to get Rosé her shots which was quick and easy for both of us! read more

We won't frequent here much anymore. Staff at register is not knowledgable to what they have. Went yesterday to get 2 batteries, guy didn't know where they were. He was more interested in eating his lunch at the register. I fell in love with the little mini bike out front. The CAMO one. Hubby went to get it for me for a surprise today, 11/14/16. Guy said it wasn't for sale. It was sold. Husband asked if they had another one , guy Hee hawed around like he didn't know. Husband asked if he could find out. Guy was too lazy to call someone, hubby even asked for a manager. Kid said there was a truck coming but he didn't know if one was on it or not. Wow. Tank that $750 bucks. We won't be back. Geez. Also a few weeks ago, I went in looking for drip systems for my greenhouse, only had rainbird (big stuff), for the yard. What a bummer. I get tired of Walmart and love using a smaller chain, it's just another chain store with unskilled employees and run of the mill stuff. Bummed. On Friday 1/15/16 I called the Carson City, NV store and asked for the price of a pallet of pellets. I was given a price of $189.50. My husband decided to get them in Minden as this is closer to where we live. I called this store and asked if the pellets where on sale here as well. The answer was yes. My husband shows up and then they say no and that there is no sale is going on. I told them that Will from the Carson City store is having the pellets on sale and that only one hour before I called this store and was given the same info. They didn't care even after confirming with the lady from their store ( Minden store) and the Carson City store of the price they quoted, they wanted $75.00 more for what they had repeatedly told me over the phone was on sale! Will order items if you do not see it there. if they happen to be busy doing something else, as others have mentioned in their reviews, just speak up and ask for some help!. Anyone who has worked in retail where you have multitask duties, knows that is all it usually takes. Its a smaller store,so employees usually have many hats to wear. People shouldnt take it so personally if employees dont just drop everything when someone walks in the door. Some people like myself, will ask if and when they need help. I go to this store a whole lot. I found that bird food etc are very reasonable, even over Walmart Tractor Supply prices are great. I try to refer this store to many of my friends. I never had a problem with the staff. And, when I do need their help, its easy to get help. Sorry to hear about other customers not having a good experience. Guess I am one of the lucky people. Always so helpful. I cannot pick up the big bags of bird and quail food, which I use chicken scratch. They love it along with the birds. Anyway, no problem getting or finding help and always so grateful they bring out the big bags and load up in the back of my truck. I love that store read more

My wife bought two pairs of pants in the Minden store and asked if they did not fit could she return them. A OK. They did not fit me, and they did not have the next size that was needed. This was only $25 bucks. They told her that they did not give cash refunds and issued a gift card. This was not a closeout item. Now Corporate says cash for cash on the main site subject to cash on hand. Come on...$25 bucks. Now there is no sign saying no cash refunds at the register or nowhere in the store. So beware. Pay with ATM or Credit. I was going to buy a Safe and a trailer from them, but no way now because I always pay cash. I think it's a State law to post your terms or at least have them on the back of the receipt, or make sure the customer knows the terms before you take their money. Someone is getting a gift card for a birthday soon and I won't be shopping there anymore because of this. A little sensitive...you betcha.... read more
