That's a huge plus for me since I'm notorious for losing receipts--this makes returns or exchanges a breeze. Overall, solid experience. The very first time I tried to use it -- today -- they still weren't turning. I figured I'd get an apology and a service call at my home to fix it ASAP. When I called the owner, he refused to even look at it. He implied that I must have done something to it because it was working when it left the shop. I literally just started it for the first time since it had been returned and pushed the lever to start the blades turning. No response. When I said I expected them to fix it, he hung up on me. I'm filing complaints right now with the Better Business Bureau and Nevada Consumer Affairs, in addition to posting reviews like this everywhere I can think of.
