The very first time I tried to use it -- today -- they still weren't turning. I figured I'd get an apology and a service call at my home to fix it ASAP. When I called the owner, he refused to even look at it. He implied that I must have done something to it because it was working when it left the shop. I literally just started it for the first time since it had been returned and pushed the lever to start the blades turning. No response. When I said I expected them to fix it, he hung up on me. I'm filing complaints right now with the Better Business Bureau and Nevada Consumer Affairs, in addition to posting reviews like this everywhere I can think of.

We decided to explore options for an electric jackhammer. We reached out to the big box retailers which did not feel very accommodating or customer service oriented. They expected us to know what a small, medium or large jackhammer was. We also reached out to All Star Rents. They were very accommodating and explained the different options as well as how the rental process works. We rented a 60lb electric jackhammer for a 24 hour period and it was only a few dollars more than the big box retailers. The electric jackhammer enabled us to complete the digging work much faster and was far less strenuous. It was amazing to see the job done so quickly. The return process was also very easy. They even helped me unload it from our trailer. We would recommend All Star Rents!

He told me where to take the lawn mower and what to expect. I arrived at the company and after just a few minutes, I was greeted by an employee. He asked pertinent questions and removed the lawn mower from my car, checked it and put in into a bin. All I had to do was stand there and watch. His name is Eric, he is very pleasant and professional. Once again, thank you Eric. I recognized the area I when had driven in. My father had worked for the company located there in the late 1960's. Cheaper to replace all four than order a proper replacement! So, these rims that are $750 to order, for ONE, magically become worthless once they're off the car. Unable to sell these perfectly good rims, and then having difficulty knowing what to do with them. Called salvage and auto pickers, most didn't even want them as a gift, one would take them off my hands, and only Reno Salvage would take them and pay me 30 cents a pound. This is a huge facility, I found the staff pleasant and helpful, they direct you where to go, where to park and basically stay safe as lots of massive trucks and equipment coming and going. The girl answering their phone was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process didn't take long but I did have to show my ID and they even took my finger print. I made a few dollars off the deal. Enough for a lunch... at McDonald's, but actually enjoyed the whole experience. Love going to any new business! I would recommend this business
