Very bad experience. I paid $500 to have my snowblower…read morefixed here during the offseason in 2024. The blades had stopped turning during the last snow of the previous winter. The very first time I tried to use it -- today -- they still weren't turning. I figured I'd get an apology and a service call at my home to fix it ASAP. When I called the owner, he refused to even look at it. He implied that I must have done something to it because it was working when it left the shop. I literally just started it for the first time since it had been returned and pushed the lever to start the blades turning. No response. When I said I expected them to fix it, he hung up on me. I'm filing complaints right now with the Better Business Bureau and Nevada Consumer Affairs, in addition to posting reviews like this everywhere I can think of.

We decided to explore options for an electric jackhammer. We reached out to the big box retailers which did not feel very accommodating or customer service oriented. They expected us to know what a small, medium or large jackhammer was. We also reached out to All Star Rents. They were very accommodating and explained the different options as well as how the rental process works. We rented a 60lb electric jackhammer for a 24 hour period and it was only a few dollars more than the big box retailers. The electric jackhammer enabled us to complete the digging work much faster and was far less strenuous. It was amazing to see the job done so quickly. The return process was also very easy. They even helped me unload it from our trailer. We would recommend All Star Rents!
