Terry,Jose and the whole crew were extremely professional and so efficient. We had a huge paver job consisting of the front walkway, driveway, side courtyard, & a backyard patio. We could not be happier with their work ethic and efficiency. There was an issue with a small section of pavers along the driveway that started to separate and Terry and Jose came right out and took care of it for me. Even with the booking so far out they are worth the wait. Thanks for all your hard work T and T! read more

Terry and his crew were professional and courteous from start to finish. Terry designed a beautiful backyard that looks like a park with a rock fountain and gazebo all for a good price too! We hired T&T Lawns Plus to redo our front yard as it was a disaster with drainage issues. We decided to go with a xeriscape and are absolutely thrilled with the results and cannot say enough good things about Terry and his crew. After Terry provided us with an estimate he drew up a plan for us to present to the HOA. The HOA took their sweet time to get back to us with an approval, but during that time Terry followed up with us to let us know about his upcoming schedule openings and to make sure everything was okay with the plans he gave us. In my experience landscaping companies are not great with the administrative side of things, but this was absolutely NOT the case with T&T. The two man crew that showed up to do the work did a fantastic job, and we barely knew they were here. They were polite and respectful of our property and even made sure to alert us when our dog made a run for it. Cannot recommend T&T enough. See the before and after pictures below, as they speak for themselves. We know who we will be calling when it's time to redo the backyard, and you should call them too! read more

I can not say enough good things about T&T Lawn and Landscape and their service and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We started our backyard landscaping in June in a new build home and throughout the process the day to day staff, on site supervisor and manager were great and always communicating the progress and process. Jose, Joel, Orlando, Luis and Terry put a great plan together and their hard work and dedication to detail and final touches was superb! We are very happy with our end product and look forward to using them again for future phases of the yard. read more

We collected three landscape plans and estimates for a large project including retaining walls, viewing patio with stairs and a gas fire pit, pavers, sod, irrigation, lighting, drainage, and a driveway expansion. T&T's plan was the most comprehensive and much more reasonably priced than the other two. Tom was the project manager and he is who I worked with throughout the project. He is wonderful to work with. I am very particular with everything. He was very patient and accommodating with my requests. He keeps an open line of communication and checks in regularly. During this big of a project, it was only natural that we ran into a few things that we needed to modify. Tom was always good about communicating these things and working with me to come up with changes that kept me happy. José, Wilson, and Dixon (the main crew working on my project) worked extremely hard for 7 weeks straight! They are all very good at what they do. Also very friendly and courteous. José is very skilled and has a good eye for detail and design. I'll also mention Ray because he does the concrete work for T&T. He is such a great guy to work with too. Knows his stuff and highly competent. Overall, our yard is simply amazing. Our viewing patio (with stairway, fire pit, seating wall, and lighting) is a masterpiece. We are so happy that we chose Tom and the crew to tackle this project. It has been a pleasure working with them. read more

I had backyard landscaping done in June. It is mostly rocks with a patch of grass. I am mostly pleased with the job. At the first meeting many things were mentioned for my job in the $3,500 range. At the final meeting many things were taken out but the price stayed the same. That was disappointing. I also would have liked some direction as now I have leaves and pine needles In rocks. Spending lots of time picking them up and it will never be perfect. Maybe I should have had more grass and compacted dirt with a little bit of rock. Also I asked for a path to get my lawn mower to the lawn. Let me say pea gravel is like quick sand! It does look a lot better than before and they guys worked hard. Just wanted to mention some of my issues. read more

We recently completed a front and back yard landscape with T&T. We could not be happier with the result and give them our highest recommendation! The crew was punctual, courteous, cleaned up every day, and worked tirelessly in almost 100 degree heat. As is the case with some large projects, as the project progressed, we requested some adjustments and changes. Terry M the project manager was flexible and was genuinely concerned in seeing that our project finished just the way we wanted it...and boy did it ever! Our final result could not have turned out better! Equally outstanding as the final result, was the exceptional communication with Terry. From our first meeting, through the planning stage and the execution, Terry was always accessible and responded promptly to every one of our calls and texts....A very big deal to me! We could not be happier with our landscape project and give Terry and his crew our highest recommendation! read more

We have used many landscaping contractors over the past 30 years, doing work for us on several homes. With every other one, there was always some issue or disappointment. T&T is the first one to come through and do everything promised, do it on time, and do it well with no screw ups. The work was finished when promised, everything looks great, and Terry went above and beyond to get everything right. We'd use them again and recommend them. read more

When the lowest cost I could get to redo my yard was $10,000 (that's something my husband and I were willing to try and take a shot at ourselves) this amazing company showed up! They were able to squeeze us in due to a cancellation, and we had already ripped out our grass (mostly), they came in and made our yard look amazing! We didn't totally xeriscape, but close. Their bid INCLUDED the rock and DG we wanted! So happy and would call them again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a REASONABLE landscaper, do yourself a favor, call them today! read more

The process of interviewing & hiring a potential Landscape Designer can be a daunting experience. The day I met Terry, I knew he was the one we would hire to design & landscape our backyard. I consider myself a pretty good judge of character & it really paid off with Terry! T & T rocks! His three man crew headed up by Gregorio (strongest, hardworking 61 yr young gentleman) arrived with the plans in hand & worked SO hard even in the 100+degree weather & transformed our wall to wall dirt yard into a thing of beauty. The pavers, the exquisite retaining wall, all done to perfection. It was fun to see the before & after! Then the trees & plants & shrubs were in & with a few adjustments, (all met with a smile & yes) we were done & so happy. There is no doubt we will call Terry again for any future landscaping needs & highly recommend T & T for all your landscaping plans! Thanks Terry & all the valued crew members at T & T read more

We could not be any more happier with our landscape from T&T Laws Plus. They were super easy to work with. Quick and accurate they came up with a plan for our backyard "vision" and when it came to exectution were able to bring it with such fine attention to details that it was all but perfect. We went with a modern minimalist style backyard landscape, complete with a deck and outdoor firepit as well as miniature Japaneese Zen Garden area. The front paver steps and driveway extension was added to the front to complete the whole package. T&T was able to keep our landscape within out budget and was also to remain flexible with small changes as the project progressed. I would highly recommend T&T Lawns Plus. Our yard would not have neen possible with out the special hardworking crew. Special thanks to Jose, Eleno, Marco, Ruben, Orlando, Joel, & Luis who made it all possible. read more

We used this company for our landscaping project in Verdi, NV. Terry Miller, the owner and a project manager, helped us to come up with the design for the backyard through listening to our ideas and sharing his experience. He consulted us on the plants that can successfully grow in this area and how to make my choices work. Terry was very responsive to e-mail and phone communications. Jose - a site supervisor was also very easy to work with. The crew was extremely hard-working. They always showed up on time. Even though, our project was happening during the hottest month, they only stopped for lunch hour. I have no hesitations about recommending this company for any landscaping project. read more

Fantastic work from Jose, Orlando, Joel and Luis. These guys transformed our backyard into a showcase we're proud of, all for a very reasonable price. What makes them stand out above other contractors we've had is their affability, approachability, responsiveness to concerns, and timeliness of execution. Any issue or question? They will respond timely and with professionalism that reflects passion for their work. Truly goes out of their way to stand above the competition. Easily the number one choice in Reno for landscaping. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if possible. read more

T & T Lawns Plus recently completed our front yard and backyard landscape remodel with artificial turf, paver, retaining wall, concrete and drip irrigation. They have done a phenomenal job in executing what we envisioned in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. Juan was very prompt in providing estimate with each work (clearly described) and constantly communicating throughout the project and providing valuable suggestions. After buying a brand new home in the Damonte Ranch (Chantenay) sub-division last July 2020, we had a heck of a time getting a quality Landscaping Companies to come in and give us bids. William, from T&T Lawns Plus gave us a good bid. Jose, the (owner), and his crew came in and did everything we wanted. We changed the landscaping scheme a couple of times, and Jose was more than happy to make the changes and complete the project quickly. His crew was great and courteous. The side yard and Patio pavers as well as the front side pavers look fantastic. Very professional. If I could give them a higher rating I would. I contacted them for a quote regarding a re-do of my front yard to xeriscape it. I was pretty vague and only had a general idea honestly. They did such a great job! Complete professionals during the whole process. Bid the job, had a crew out on site the whole time meticulously putting it together from start to finish - hauling and cleaning etc. So impressed!!! Terry checked in multiple times to make sure we liked the direction of the project. They even found a rotting support beam and notified us - then dug it out and replaced it. The pics don't do it justice. Thank you!!! Super happy with our new look. read more

T & T Lawns plus did an exceptional job for us. We had our backyard landscape redone. They called right back when we inquired about their services and they were out within a week to do a walk through and gave us a quote within a very timely manner. Once terms were agreed on, we were notified when the work would start and they were right on time. As for the work that was done, we LOVED the finished project! The landscapers were very hard workers and did a great job. They even helped move our new hot tub from the garage to the backyard. I left a message and someone called me back later that afternoon. I specifically asked if they were interested in the job, which is a retaining wall and paver deck project for around a swimming pool. They said they were interested, and set an appointment for 3/29/23 at 1pm. I made sure I was home by 12:30, and they were a no call/no show. Juan and T&T Lawns Plus have been great for me for several years now. Their prices were reasonable, they always showed up when they said they would (this is surprisingly rare), and they got the job done with a good eye for quality. Unfortunately, they are downsizing their residential service and can no longer work on my home, but if you're a commercial customer, you should give them a call. If their residential service is any indication, you'll be in good hands. They did recommend someone to take over for them (I believe it's someone that used to work for them), but that individual failed to even show up or call after setting up an initial meeting, so I obviously won't be using them. While this in no way reflects on T&T, I would recommend that all of their customers finding themselves in my position go with another company instead. Again, it's too bad that just showing up on time seems to be so difficult for so many. read more

T&T Lawns did an amazing job with our landscaping project, which was not small and took almost four weeks. We are so happy with the quality of their workmanship. Juan came to us with a fair estimate and some optional ideas, one of which was the lighting, which turned out to be one of our favorite things in this project. Tom was very responsive to our questions and planned out our beautiful trees, shrubs and plants which look amazing. Jose, Wilson and Dixon did a fabulous job of executing our plans. They showed up early every day and put in a hard day's work. We are very impressed with the drainage system they installed throughout the yard. We have three channel drains around the pool and several drain vents all around the yard. Everything flows out very nicely. The shed (Tiki Bar) was just basically dropped in our yard, and Jose, Wilson and Dixon had to level it so the pavers lined up perfectly. It was not an easy task. We couldn't have asked for a better crew! It was our lucky day when we called Juan! Thanks guys for a great job!! read more

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Tom, Ray and all the crew! They did a great job on the paver patio with a sitting wall behind my house and the paver sidewalk on the side of the house. They were professional and courteous in every aspect of the project. Originally the project was scheduled a month out but Tom and Ray found a few days open to get the project started a month ahead of schedule and completed it in four days! WOW! You won't find many contractors who will go the extra mile and find the time to complete a job well ahead of time. The cost of the project was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took! They cleaned up all the mess a previous person, who won't be named, had left and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Kudos to T&T lawns for a job well done! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional contractor in the Reno area! Thanks again Tom, Ray and crew. I can now enjoy my back yard and the views! read more

Wow!! I wished I could give them a 6th star! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. The owner was wonderful to work with and so was our project manager Tom. Extremely fast, professional, clean, and great communication regarding the schedule. We thought the price was of great value for the services we received from them. I had another lawn service for almost 3 years...and there were never any weeds in the lawn. I tried this company for two months...my lawns have weeds in them all over. They are not cleaning their equipment between services of weedy areas at best. At worst...they are purposely running of the equipment in weeds to spread the seeds so they may have their customers buy their $125.00 yard weed spray service. Are they doing this? I don't know. I do know that many weeds in the yard sprouted within a month of their service when almost none did for the previous 3 years with another service. The only thing this company does for their service is to mow and edge the lawn. The other company also trimmed the bushes and used a seedeater on the walkways before blowing them clean. I also had a snotty reply from the unprofessional owner when I told him why I was stopping the service. They charge $30.00 per lawn mow (front and back is only 1,000 sq ft at most). The lawn guy finishes in about 5 minutes. There are far superior services out there...for the same price...and they do much more...and with no harm to the lawn. I will definitely get another. read more

All of the 5 star reviews are well deserved. T&T is top notch! We had four landscaping companies come and check out our back yard. Immediately T&T made us comfortable and excited for our project. The representative who did the design and who actually sold us on the company ended up leaving after we signed the contract. That made absolutely no difference! We were sent a new representative, Terry, and everything went on smoothly, efficiently, and our excitement level didn't change. The work started on time...and finished on time. AND what a fantastic job they did. The yard was put in per plan, communication was kept up, all questions were answered, the workers were polite and hard working. Terry even took me to the nursery to pick out some plants to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. These guys went above and beyond!!! Actually, there was a sprinkler adjustment needed this morning, and they got right on it. How's that for customer service, right!?! This is the company to call if you need landscaping services. We have had such a fantastic experience with this company. From receiving a quote to now, we've had good communication and progress. They worked with our budget and gave us what we asked for - we didn't have to give on much. Similar to other experiences posted here, we only had guidelines of what we would like, but Terry and his guys took care of the rest. Our project lasted several weeks because of the snow - there were spurts where a lot of stuff happened and had to fizzle out - but when they could work, they did. There were days that these guys were working in the mud because of that - we can't say how grateful we were that they took on our yard - it was basically an ugly dirt lot. Our front and back yards look fantastic, and we can't wait until the spring and summer to truly enjoy our property! read more

I felt compelled to write this review because there are so many landscaping companies to choose from and when you are making a hefty investment you want to make sure you are choosing the right company. Well, I want to put your mind at ease about T&T Lawns Plus. I have had the pleasure of working with T&T Lawns Plus on two major projects. Both projects were beautifully completed by them. The first project was installation of pavers in our backyard. Not only was their work absolutely of high quality but it was offered at a very fair price. Their commitment to us was once they start a project, they keep their employees working on it until it is complete. There is no wondering or worrying about whether it is going to get done. The second project was a much bigger one - they installed our entire backyard in our new home. Once we were ready to install a new backyard there was no hesitation on who we were going to call. I met with Juan Tiscareno and gave him an idea of what we wanted. He took our idea, enhanced it beautifully and now we have a gorgeous back yard, at again, a very fair price. And also, again, once they started our project, they completed in the timeframe Juan gave us and they made us feel as if we were the only project they were working on; they kept their commitment to only focus on our backyard until it was done. T&T Lawns Plus customer service, work ethic and quality of work is absolutely outstanding - I highly highly recommend their company without any reservation for your landscaping needs. I believe they are a company you can completely trust. One of the best I have had the pleasure of working with in any industry. Jonathan B. Reno, NV read more
