He came to our house promptly on the day arranged. He arrived with his son Brandon to survey our property, and we were immediately very impressed. They were both very knowledgeable, have many years of experience, and are extremely friendly, and polite. We, of course, had many ideas for our landscaping project. Perry and Brandon listened to our ideas, and thankfully, we listened to their suggestions. Together with Perry's help, we created the plan and submitted it to the HOA. Including Perry, there were six workers, and they all worked in harmony. Their experience showed, as they all seemed to know exactly what each one of them was responsible for. I met with Perry and had a vision for my outdoor space. I gave him a sketch of what I wanted but I also wanted his input, because after all this was his expertise. I didn't want someone to agree to all my plans just so that they would get the bid and then do something that they were not able to do. So, we decided to hire Perry for our project. He did a final draft for us to submit to our HOA, however our HOA was going through some changes and it was taking some time to get approved. It had nothing to do with our plans or sketch, our development at that time was changing to a different HOA. I was worried that I would lose my slot in Perry's schedule but he assured me that they would begin the work as soon as the HOA approved the plans. As promised, when our plans were approved work on our project began. Perry and his crew are great workers, they arrived at eight in the morning and usually were out of here by four in the afternoon. Perry and his team are ABSOLUTELY amazing. They have done my first home and now my second home backyards. They helped my family and I decided what would be best to do with the space and our budget! Within a few days of an online inquiry they called to get scheduled to come out to the property to draw up plans and help design. & then within a couple weeks they were breaking ground - did it in the winter, off season, so had to wait a bit for the weather to steady in temperature. I love that they also gave me the option to do the backyard in stages. (we have .25 acres so doing it all at once was a lot on the pocket book) so having the opportunity to do break it up was amazing! We told what we had in mind what we wanted Perry had some great suggestions from his years of experience and knowledge from being an expert in the local area. Perry,Sean and their knowledgeable hard working crew were able to transform our front yard makeover beyond our expectations from start to finish. Just had another amazing experience with All Around Town.This company finished my project in less than half the time other companies quoted me and they did extra cool things that I never requested or thought of at no charge. Some moron named Brendan W posted a bad review while this company was working on my project. He claimed that the roads were blocked and they were obstructing traffic. This company was so professional and made sure not even driveways were blocked. Brendan,I have you on camera throwing a tantrum and cussing at the employees that were doing their job. The owner Perry came out for a free consultation and was so patient, thorough, and helpful in helping us decide on our new landscape design. Once we finally got on board with them it took a couple months to get to our turn but it was definitely worth the wait, the crew was so polite as they all introduced themselves when they arrived and got to work. All Around Town was chosen to do our Landscape after receiving multiple bids by other companys and boy are we glad we did they came in in the middle but after talking to Perry he listened to what we wanted and understood our wants and desires. He communicated all changes throughout the project which is key. All quotes were more than reasonable and within the budget. In just 3 days, they completed our backyard landscaping which included adding pavers, artificial turf with concrete curbs, a 3-hole golf putting green, a drip system, and planting a tree and several shrubs. They also added artificial turf to our existing front yard landscaping. They worked efficiently, communicated with us as necessary, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
