I explained I had a leaking irrigation supply valve and wanted to get it fixed fast due to hot weather. Johnathan came by for estimate on Tuesday. He noticed the PVB was very old and valves rusted so that needed to be replaced also, but it could wait. I said I only want to cry once! So added that. I had an estimate later that evening and it was quite reasonable. I had mentioned I wanted an estimate for another little job and he said he would throw that in as a courtesy! Awesome! I accepted the quote and they came out that very Friday, dug a huge hole, replaced all the plumbing with commercial quality parts including the PVB, filled in and leveled, and had it all up and ready to go by 4PM! Glue needed to dry overnight, so next day fired it up and all good! Very pleased with the work and the quick response. They take Zelle and checks so none of this cash only thing so many contractors want to do. They handle lots of different services so I'm sure I'll be using them again soon!

Now the owner's wife, Clarece Danner is threatening me with constant emails and legal action - all because I did not pay the gouging extra 1 1/2 hours. Paid for a one time service - Loved it. They were great and showed up urgently. I spoke to the owner and said My wife is very pregnant - sure, let's do the service. Once I paid for the seasonal service, there was no need to show up. If they did, which was late evening twice this year (although they'll argue they came out because I'm leaving this review), it was after I had already cleared the snow several times over. Will not respond to text/calls/emails (didn't, but say they do). Ultimately I requested a refund and said I'd pay for the times when they did show, however late (yep, no response) and then escalated to a credit card company. Once it became an issue for their pocket book they responded (only via email) - to threaten to take me to Court. What a joke, just do your job. It's your choice to use these guys, and if you do good luck getting serviced, much less a response - lesson learned.
