I need to empty my mother's house so I called and spoke to the owner Blaine (I believe the owner)he was super nice and so I wanted him to give me a quote. I had to reschedule so we talked and I made an appointment with him. The day he was to come over and see what he would charge. We had an appointment at 10 am and he was a no show. It was my understanding upon hiring Junk Magicians that the items that could be donated would be and that only true "junk" would be taken to the dump. However everything was taken to the dump - many many items that could have been donated and used my people in need. I didn't realize until the end when they took a large garbage bag and literally swept all of my kitchen small appliances, dishes, vases, etc into the bag. The echo of glass breaking as it hit the other items in the bag and my tile flooring left me in shock and I paid without thinking about what happened. Junk magicians were amazing to work with!! We just bought a new home and the previous owners had left behind some bigger items such as a homemade dog house and patio table set. The previous owner scheduled the pick up so can't say much on cost or how quick they are to respond and book, but once they were here they were extremely awesome to work with!
