I'm shocked. Honestly I was expecting this to take like 2 hours, and for them to leave horrified at the junk I had outside. I couldn't be more wrong. Michael and AJ are the all stars in my moving process. They cleared it out so fast and efficiently. I want to have more junk just to see it again. Phenomenal. Please use these guys. Easy and reasonable priced and very nice guys. The picture looked horrifying in the before. These guys are great!! read more

Junk Magicians - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

I run a handyman business and have used Junk Magicians for years to help with pickups every 2-3 months, but unfortunately I am now having to find a new vendor to work with because of recurring issues. For a while they were great with providing estimates and scheduling over text, but there have been a couple instances where they were no-shows because of some scheduling mishap, and for the last 4-5 pickups they have been hours late with no communication. I schedule my work and personal time around these pickups so it has become too much of an inconvenience. The last pickup was no different as they arrived after 6pm when the appointment was for 3-4pm, and on top of that one of the techs broke one of my driveway lights and tried to hide it. Not a huge deal, but two days later they were a no-call no-show to another pickup at a client's house where I was sitting and waiting. That was scheduled between 3-4pm, so I ended up cancelling at 5pm and informed Bret that I would no longer be hiring them. He was apologetic, but the techs lied by claiming they tried "calling and messaging" me. When I asked for proof it then became one call that failed immediately because they didn't have service. He took responsibility and was open to feedback but really didn't bother to try and retain me as a client, so I will definitely be moving on to another company. I hope with the feedback I provided they can make the necessary improvements, but anyone reading this please be aware of potential communication issues. No hard feelings. It's business. read more

I had a cursed shed that was home to black widows and vermin and no time or desire to deal with it. I called Junk Magicians they sent someone the next day to give me an estimate. They were early but I just pointed it to them and they didn't interrupt my meeting again. They came out the next week and had the shed of nightmares deconstructed and removed. They found some of my fake axes and saved them rather than tossing them. Effective, speedy, all good! No more house of horrors! read more

Junk Magicians removed our hot tub, cover and steps along with two large tree stumps and miscellaneous wood. This whole job took them about 30 minutes to complete. I thought it was going to take longer. They were punctual, polite and very respectful of our property. Bret was who I worked with and he was very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any job you have. They are fabulous! read more

I need to empty my mother's house so I called and spoke to the owner Blaine (I believe the owner)he was super nice and so I wanted him to give me a quote. I had to reschedule so we talked and I made an appointment with him. The day he was to come over and see what he would charge. We had an appointment at 10 am and he was a no show. I called him with no answer. I did receive a text from someone who I think was working for him that they were running late and would make it to me at noon. Never heard back from them. read more

Fast efficient and reliable service to get rid of junk they came when we requested service good quality good company for the value

It was my understanding upon hiring Junk Magicians that the items that could be donated would be and that only true "junk" would be taken to the dump. However everything was taken to the dump - many many items that could have been donated and used my people in need. I didn't realize until the end when they took a large garbage bag and literally swept all of my kitchen small appliances, dishes, vases, etc into the bag. The echo of glass breaking as it hit the other items in the bag and my tile flooring left me in shock and I paid without thinking about what happened. I have been sick about it ever since thinking about all of the useful items that were destroyed and wasted. read more

Junk magicians were amazing to work with!! We just bought a new home and the previous owners had left behind some bigger items such as a homemade dog house and patio table set. The previous owner scheduled the pick up so can't say much on cost or how quick they are to respond and book, but once they were here they were extremely awesome to work with! Blane and Ethan were the ones to come by and they very quickly cleared out everything. They even cleaned up the yard after they took the load which was so considerate! We will definitely recommend junk magicians and will use them in the future for whatever junk needs come up. read more
