Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! My windows, screens and tracks are shiny! Price is reasonable and we'll worth the investment! Looking forward to another cleaning! He showed me the remnants they had and looked over my template. He quickly came up with a good price for the labor. A few weeks later I finally located a remnant that fit my bathroom. Alex's shop picked it up at the nearby dealer for a nominal fee and turned it into a beautiful vanity! Everything about my experience with his uncle's business was positive. The secretary up front is delightful. His uncle, the owner, is very sharp. The fabrication area is clean and well lit unlike a lot of their competitors whose shops I visited looking for remnants and estimates. When I see a work area looking that squared away I know the fabricators put pride into their work and do it safely. We are just coming out of COVID-19, and the good news is that these guys still had their masks on because they also needed them due to the stench. Walter and his crew were God send because they jumped right in without hesitation and cleared it all out! There was so much garbage outside, I'm not sure it would have all fit inside the home. They never complained; just went to work! The detail to their clean up was most impressive because they took away all the big stuff, but also took care of the little details too. Things like taking down the window coverings, pulling up the carpet, clearing out the kitchen cabinets, raking the outside dirt to get the bigger left over garbage, etc. It was a breath of fresh air (lieterally!) Inside and out. Beth, Walter's wife, is quiet, but I think she's the one who takes care of the finer details that go beyond the call of duty. As we start working on repairs for in the home and replacements, it will be a smaller job, but we will use this company again because this is clearly their specialty. Big or small.

Radio silence since. Great salesmanship, broken operations. A foreman was eventually sent out and did complete the repair -- but co-owner Eric Mason's April 29th message stated he was 'not even made aware there was an issue,' meaning his own team fixed the problem without him knowing.
