Nichole and Will are very nice people and I love their entrepreneurial spirit, but growing pains have turned them into an entirely different company. Nichole and Will used to clean my house themselves and it was near flawless. Unfortunately, they have not been able to instill their attention to detail into their staff and the quality of work now is shockingly worse. They do still clean my commercial office property which is more janitorial than the cleaning one expects in their home. That might be more their thing now since they have not been able to maintain the quality through the growth. This review pertains only to my experience at home. We will keep an eye on them at the office and hope for the best that it doesn't end with the same result. I thought twice about posting this review because I like them, but it's unfair to the public to not tell the truth. I also feel these negative reviews will help light a fire to manage the growth better by not sacrificing quality, training and managing employees and maintaining the standard they have set. I'm hopeful they will figure it out over time. If they can get back there, they will be unstoppable.

He showed me the remnants they had and looked over my template. He quickly came up with a good price for the labor. A few weeks later I finally located a remnant that fit my bathroom. Alex's shop picked it up at the nearby dealer for a nominal fee and turned it into a beautiful vanity! Everything about my experience with his uncle's business was positive. The secretary up front is delightful. His uncle, the owner, is very sharp. The fabrication area is clean and well lit unlike a lot of their competitors whose shops I visited looking for remnants and estimates. When I see a work area looking that squared away I know the fabricators put pride into their work and do it safely. Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! Super friendly, super efficient, and super conscientious. Due to the snow cover and ice in the gutters, Junior and Francisco took extra time to make sure everything was thawed out for cleaning and then installed properly, and then they took extra time to clean up the debris from the gutters around the yard. Really appreciate the great work and am happy to now have micro-mesh guards installed to help keep the gutters clear. These guys are in demand, so expect to book a bit in advance.
