Gladys arrived first to walk around the house and provide an estimate; there are three options: 1) interior and exterior window cleaning + screens; 2) tracks cleaned and vacuum add-on; 3) exterior windows only, including screens. We chose 1 and 2. About 20 minutes after we approved the estimate, Jaime and Nathan showed up (usually owner Cesar is part of the crew, but he had a prior engagement). They began with the interior and took care to lay down towels to protect items near windows. After a few hours, our windows, screens, tracks, and bathroom mirrors (yep, they cleaned those too!) were spotless. Their pricing is a very good value. You can find less expensive window cleaners (and more expensive, for that matter), but you will be sacrificing quality. If you need your windows expertly cleaned, look no further.

Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. After we installed a new elevator, the elevator company recommended Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning…read more The circular elevator walls were wrapped in blue protective tape which, upon removal, created static electricity that caused dust to stick to the panels between the elevator car and the exterior walls. Some areas were very high or had very narrow gaps between the elevator walls and the house walls. The job also required the elevator installer to be onsite to help move the elevator car for access. Because we were preparing to put the house on the market, we had the home cleaned and staged, and photos/videos were scheduled for specific dates, which we clearly communicated to the cleaning company. The service provider arrived, cleaned the majority of the shaft, and told us he would return and contact us after they figured out the best way to complete the remaining cleaning. A few days after the photos and videos were taken, we received a $270 charge for 3 hours of work. No one contacted us, there was no follow-up, and the job was never completed -- just a bill. Extremely disappointed. we had to hire someone else. If a job is outside your capabilities, it's better to be upfront about it rather than take on work you cannot complete. It would have been far better for them to tell us to find another provider, especially given the time-sensitive nature of preparing the house for listing.

Our friends and neighbor had just had Alex complete their home in NW Reno and were super happy with their finished product that they referred Alex to us. We are extremely happy they did! Our windows are cleaner than they have ever been.. the work was extremely efficient, used eco-friendly, filtered water, and spent time answering all of our questions about their methods and process. Other than the spotless glass, after finishing the work, one could never tell they had ever been there as the cleanup was as spotless as our windows are! We are new homeowners and this was our first time having the windows cleaned (I believe 32 in total including our large sliders and glass doors) since we moved in. Originally, I left a 5-star review because John installed two toilets for us at a reasonable price…read more He did forget to caulk them, but he immediately came back and fixed the oversight. Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.
