Job not completed almost a month later :( Tino was super fast to provide me with quote which included custom gutter above our awning. His guys were here the next day and hung the gutters with the exception of the custom gutter above the awning. Unfortunately I trusted they would be back to complete the job so I paid in full. I sent Tino an email on 08/14/2024 to follow up on the custom gutter and was told that he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Since then, I have sent him several emails and left voice mails asking him to fix a downspout that was not positioned correctly as well as an ETA to complete the job. It looks like he has ghosted me and have not heard from him. I understand things happen and I will gladly update this review if the job is completed. read more

Called this business on a Thursday, got a quote on a Saturday, and gutters installed on Wednesday. The service was excellent. I have no idea how they compare price wise. I called what looked like the top rated company on Yelp! ( and they reminded me they were top rated) and the first question they asked was if I had a two story house. Because I do, they declined to do the work - said they were so busy they were only doing single story homes. Go figure. I picked this place because it had good reviews and when I spoke to Tino he was friends with a bunch of people I know. Fast forward to my gutters not being hung at the the correct angle for the water to drain and asking Tino to come fix it. I emailed him repeatedly (8 emails?) and eventually he said he was coming the following day. The next day I emailed him again asking what time he was going to arrive and at 1115a he responded that he would be there at 12. He never showed up! No email. No explanation. Nothing. Now he has basically ghosted me. So my suggestion is if you want someone to quote low and show up and hang gutters this is your guy. I needed rain gutters on my single story home. The back of my home has a patio overhead cover that is attached just below the fascia boards which required the gutters to be removed. I wanted a gutter to be attached to the bottom of the patio cover so it catches the rain. The estimator seemed uncertain if this could be done and promised to check with his office. After a week - no call. I called the estimator and was told he would check with his office. Again, No call back. I've since got two other estimates from Reno rain gutter and Dunn Right who says there is no issue in attaching the gutters in this way and they do it all the time. I would recommend Sierra Seamless Gutters to anyone in the Reno/Sparks area looking to have new gutters installed. Tino responded to us in a timely manner and made the time to come to our house and provide us an estimate as quickly as possible. Tino was very detailed in his explanation about what the plan was for the installation and was flexible with the requests we had regarding where we wanted the downspouts since we were also having work done on our backyard patio. We were a little delayed (about 2 months) in our response to Tino but that was not an issue, he remembered us, by address, and put us on his calendar in his first available opening. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional throughout the installation process. Once they were done they asked to walk us around the house to view the entire installation job and ensure that everything was installed as expected. The installation was quick (2-3 hours) even though we had 5 downspouts and over 100 feet of gutters installed. The cost was quite reasonable for the amount of work done and the supplies used for the installation. Sierra Seamless Gutters installed my gutters 11/2020 and missed some important parts. At the corner of 2 gutter runs, they left the corner cap off and now I have a half inch gap that the water just runs out off. The drop in one of the gutter downspouts was not sealed and leaks. Failed to install one agreed upon downspout. Contacted Tino twice and he is yet to show up. Probably less than an hour job. I will try to find another installer with access to the same material to finish he job. read more

These guys are the best! Seriously. They were our second quote and were really nice, honest, and the quote to completely remove and install new gutters was very reasonable. They arrived on time and the entire crew was friendly and professional. After removing the gutters, they noticed some water damage and that the old paint had worn off, so the bare wood was exposed. They recommended painting the wood before installing the gutters and asked if we had a painter we could call or if we wanted to do it ourselves. Neither were an option, so I said it was ok to skip the painting. Unwilling to cut corners, they offered to go to the store and pick up paint and supplies and paint it for us. This involved way more cleaning and work than a typical gutter replacement and they ended up having to cancel their afternoon job, but never complained and continued to be some of the friendliest people I've met. The end result is beautiful and I'm sure their extra work saved us from future roof damage. I really can't recommend them enough! I mean, they only left a few minutes ago and I ran to my computer to share my experience. read more

What a great company, we got 3 bids for a very long gutter on the north side​ of our house and they were the lowest. Not always wise to take the lowest bid but this one was the wisest choice. They arrived early and completed the job in 2 hours. I asked them 3 weeks later if they were ever going to email me the estimate, and they said they would get back to me. They never did! Who runs a business this way. Then Tino and his helper came out, took an hour walking the property and taking measurements. He told me I'd have a quote emailed to me that afternoon. That was about two months ago.
