Radio silence since. Great salesmanship, broken operations. A foreman was eventually sent out and did complete the repair -- but co-owner Eric Mason's April 29th message stated he was 'not even made aware there was an issue,' meaning his own team fixed the problem without him knowing.

He said he would get back in touch with an estimate shortly, but it's been over a week now and, after multiple attempts to follow up with him (and despite the fact that he was initially very good about following up with me when setting the estimate appointment), I haven't heard anything further. This seemed pretty unprofessional to me, so I looked up the NV license number he has listed on his business card and it turns out that his company and license number are not listed, which is a worrying sign. While he seemed to me like he knows what he's talking about with regard to rain gutters, and looks like he's operating out of a well-equipped truck, all of this has given me enough pause to move on and go with a different contractor.

Since then, I have sent him several emails and left voice mails asking him to fix a downspout that was not positioned correctly as well as an ETA to complete the job.
