Came across them on another app and decided to give them a try because the ice had damaged some of our gutters and my daughter's home had never had gutters. In addition to that, we needed our gutters cleaned out desperately because of the pine needle and leaf accumulation that happens in our neighborhood. Drew showed up at our home as promised and wrote us up a reasonable estimate and even scheduled the work for the next day to both residences. He and his crew were just as prompt the next day when they showed up to complete the work. Needless to say, we were quite pleased with the work at both homes. Annie answered all my questions & arranged for Drew to do an estimate. He arrived as scheduled. We walked around the house together going over color options, downspout locations, & whether or not I should have drip edges installed. He confirmed I should replace/paint some fascia first. He & Annie were very honest about the limits of his license. Drew referred me to someone who could replace/repaint the fascia & install drip edges (roofer). They were very patient as it took me a 2-3 mos. to get this completed (weather). When we scheduled the installation, Drew & employee arrived as planned & all work was completed as agreed. I later called Annie to inquire about leaf guards. She explained the pros & cons of leaf guards but said Drew could install metals ones, if I wanted. I did additional research which confirmed everything she told me and more. I opted against leaf guards. My new gutters work perfectly. She said that she didn't want me up a ladder either and that they'd take good care of me... which they did. I explained that the recent snow storm had damaged my gutters and I wanted to schedule an appointment for a quote. Drew, her husband came out that afternoon and repaired my gutters. He subsequently came back on on Saturday and did an entire inspection of my gutters, reinforced the gutters with some additional braces and sealed the leaks that occur at times on the corners of your home. This company is top of the line, you want honesty and great service then call Annie & Drew. I had precision seamless gutters come out and install all new gutter. First rain I knew something was wrong because the rain came down between the facia and the gutters nothing was going into the gutter or down the downspout. Drew came out and removed all the gutters and hung them so the water went into the gutter and down the downspout side of the gutter.
