The main issue was a massive buildup of pigeon waste underneath the panels. Eric did a phenomenal job washing it all out, and he took the extra time to thoroughly assess the bird fencing around the array to make sure it was secure. He was extremely careful and professional throughout the process, showing a clear understanding of the delicate wiring underneath the panels. The solar panels look absolutely phenomenal now. While he was here, I asked if he could also wash my home windows. He was incredibly accommodating and added the job on the spot. He even took care of the glass window on my garage door without me even having to ask! All the windows are crystal clear again Eric's attention to detail, professionalism, and helpful attitude are rare to find.
