This company was referred to me by a friend who used them a few months ago. I have sent them at least 7+ messages and texts plus pictures of my gutter situation. Nothing, nada zip. In the fall of 2019 we purchased a new property and had a home built. We decided not to include gutters in the purchase because it seldom rains here and we thought that was something we could tackle separately and later to reduce the cost. After living in the house a few months, we were working on finishing some of the things we wanted but had put off. My wife reached out to several gutter installation contractors. The one we used for our last home did not appear to be in business because we did not get a response after several attempts. The other people she called were all very busy or somewhat flaky with their responses. Luke with Gutter Brothers gave us a date when he could come out and measure our home and storage shed and provided us with a written quote. We reached out to Luke and told him we wanted to move forward with the work. He said he was several weeks out but would order the materials and circle back with us to schedule. Not impressed. Towards the end of October, I emailed them asking for an estimate for gutter installation at our property. Luke emailed back asking for my address. I sent him my address and he didn't get back to me. So I sent two more emails and left a phone message and he still never returned the messages. If a company is too busy for the work, they should let the customer know. read more

In my opinion, this is the best gutters company in town. I usually shop for contractors in Yelp and happy to admit that reading peoples comments save me thousands and tons of aggravation. Luke from Gutter Brothers visited me almost a week after my yelp request. He did proper measurements, sketches, color matching and provided me with instant quote right there and we are talking mid-January! Several days later I received written estimate, which I gladly accepted. Few hours later I was asked if I want job to be done next day, due to some client's cancelation. I gladly accepted and I discover company's truck next morning before 8am at my door!! Two guys, I only recall BJ (maybe wrong in spelling) started worked as hard as "ants building their nest" in 35F outside!!! They did superb, I mean SUPERB job, accommodating my every wish and installed leaf guard after providing me with estimate's adjustment. I've done many, many home improvements in my houses and this company's folks are bunch of decent, modest guys I ever met. Go for it, if you need rain gutters. You wont be sorry! read more

Gutter Brothers - The owner Luke O'Brien worked my little job for gutter "regrading" or alignement with his busy schedule. He said his crews were so busy that he would have to come and service the gutter himself because he promised he would get the job done in the time frame I had to have it completed ( for sale of house) He was there about 1.5 and only charged me for the "show up price" He was very professional and more than that, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. We added gutters to our existing house and an addition. The cost was was much better than our other estimates. Luke flexed his dates for us because the building of the addition was delayed a couple of weeks. The job was done on time, when promised. The gutters look good, and the installation work was awesome. Amazing price, they were at least 300 dollars, cheaper then other qoutes I received. Once I had made my decision to hire them, my gutters were in within a week. We did most our communication via text, they had great customer service. Very personal and made me feel like a value customer...great sense of humor too. Thanks for doing a great job!!! read more

- Chris, one of the 2 workers, arrived in an obviously bad mood that was extremely palpable. - He started out wanting my neighbor's car on the street between our 2 driveways to be moved. I was not comfortable, for certain reasons, in asking my neighbors to do that. So he went to do it, but no one was home. So he sped off in his big truck, inappropriate in this neighborhood of children, to turn the truck around and park across the street. He was upset that he had to walk slightly farther. As he sped away, I looked at his partner, who just made a face and said that it was a bad day. - My experience w/ workmen is that there is often a disconnect between what the initial estimator plans, and the actual workmen's expectations. So I wanted to do a quick confirmation of the plan. Chris didn't like that. In discussing the plans, he was upset at everything, and seemed mad at the estimator's (owner's) plans. He didn't like where the drains would be. One would inconvenience him. - He ultimately walked off, saying that he didn't realize the job was this big, and that he was already getting a late start. The appt. was for anytime after noon - they arrived at 12:38. - I've never felt such anger and frustration from a workman. He was very negative about everything. It was horrendously poor customer service. Ironically, their website says: "We strive to...Provide our customers with only the best customer service." I was going to be paying $1,100. That's a hell of a lot of money for such rude service!! I'll never use this company again, and certainly won't recommend it. I question the quality of work done by someone in such a bad mood. read more

Our installer, Chris, did a great job for us. He sought our approval and input in areas that could have been done one way or another. The owner, Luke, made sure we were satisfied with the job.
