Called to request gutter and window cleaning service and was able to get scheduled right away. They had also installed our bird spikes 5-6 years ago and I inquired if they did bird blocking mesh/wiring but the receptionist mentioned they are moving away from that providing that service. Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. Their prices, of course went up slightly, but understandably. They sent the pricing detailed with our appointment confirmation. The entire process of booking to service was super simple! Thank you! read more

We have used them before and liked the results. Their appointment confirmation listed their different services. Bird proofing caught my eye because we had an issue with birds fouling our entryway this winter. So we added that service in addition to the window cleaning. Sergio called us early but we were running errands. So he arrived on time and was friendly and proficient. Besides doing what we asked he went above and beyond by fixing an issue with our sliding doors that we had been having since we moved in. We have found our window washers and would not need anyone else. We'll use them every year! read more

After we installed a new elevator, the elevator company recommended Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning. The circular elevator walls were wrapped in blue protective tape which, upon removal, created static electricity that caused dust to stick to the panels between the elevator car and the exterior walls. Some areas were very high or had very narrow gaps between the elevator walls and the house walls. The job also required the elevator installer to be onsite to help move the elevator car for access. Because we were preparing to put the house on the market, we had the home cleaned and staged, and photos/videos were scheduled for specific dates, which we clearly communicated to the cleaning company. The service provider arrived, cleaned the majority of the shaft, and told us he would return and contact us after they figured out the best way to complete the remaining cleaning. A few days after the photos and videos were taken, we received a $270 charge for 3 hours of work. No one contacted us, there was no follow-up, and the job was never completed -- just a bill. Extremely disappointed. we had to hire someone else. If a job is outside your capabilities, it's better to be upfront about it rather than take on work you cannot complete. It would have been far better for them to tell us to find another provider, especially given the time-sensitive nature of preparing the house for listing. read more

I hired this company in the past with no issues however this year I was definitely not pleased. The gentleman complain that I had too many windows. He actually missed a door full of windows and a side window. The second day I was looking out my dining room window and it definitely did not look clean.. In the past, they've always wiped the tracks and the screens, but not this time. Then when he wrote up the invoice, it was higher than the previous visits. I was not told of any increase prior. Also, he wrote it up wrong and three weeks later I was sent an invoice for additional $30 because he did not add it up correctly. When I called the company and asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager does not speak to the public. I could speak with the supervisor only but she was busy so I'd have to call back. She did return my call later read more

They were quick to respond and did a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend if you are in the Tahoe area.

I can see again! RTWC did a great job on my windows - inside and out. I thought this was a great value. It saved me a chore that would have taken me longer, and I would not have gotten the same results. read more

Chris the owner reached out to me the same day to offer his apologies for my experience. He offered to send someone out again and I told them I would appreciate having the sliding doors done again after the wedding. We made arrangements and someone came out. I appreciate the response to my negative experience and will give Chris and Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning another opportunity in the future. read more

Great and timely job from our window cleaner! Very nice and hard working. The windows look beautiful and shiny. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of windows we have. read more

Had a rough start with my business relationship with RTWC, but I must say how impressed I was by them. They made my house and myself as a customer feel very appreciated. Rarely does a business make you feel like they truly want your business. RTWC did exactly that. I highly recommend. Edwin did a fantastic job. Will definitely hire again. read more

This review is based on my experience scheduling a service and the terrible customer service I experienced with Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning. I scheduled an exterior house pressure washing service and exterior window cleaning for 8 am. They sent me two emails confirming, and the emails were clear that services would begin at 8:00 am and would not have the two hour window in which the technician actually showed up. I don't live at the house that I had scheduled service for so was grateful I had a specific time they would arrive. By 8:20 nobody had arrived or called to update me on any delays. I called their office and the woman who answered said she would reach out to the technician and get back to me right away with an update. By 8:45 I still hadn't heard back from anyone. I called again but nobody answered the phone and the voice message provided a number to text "Chris" and promised an immediate response. I texted the number with the details of what was going on (scheduled service, nobody was here, it's 45 min after scheduled time, etc). The message showed a read confirmation, but I never received a response... not within the hour or even later in the day. Photo attached. I waited a few minutes and then called back. At this point it was 9:00 am and an hour past my scheduled appt time. Someone finally answered their phone after multiple calls. I re-explained the situation and the woman responds with "The technician was supposed to call you." Well, they never called me, or responded to my text. She offers to call the technician while I stay on the line. She then tells me that their pressure washer isn't working. WHAT?! Nobody thought to update me on that an hour ago? Wonderful. So I wasted an hour sitting at the vacant house waiting on a service that couldn't even be conducted because of a broken machine, and received no updates from the company on the status of what was going on. Was I expected to just sit there all day and wait for somebody to update me or for someone to never show up? This wouldn't have been so annoying if I lived at the house, but I literally sat around in my car for over an hour and then I was the one that had to hunt down the updates. Overall I'm really let down by this experience with Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning. We needed someone to pressure wash the house before the house got sprayed for spiders and bugs, and it was something I wanted to pay to have done so it would free my husband up to work on other projects we can't afford to source out. I purchased a YELP deal (I think $100 for $125 in services) and was really bummed that I wasn't going to be able to use it. Luckily yelp refunded me for the deal. And my husband ended up pressure washing the house himself. read more

I highly recommend this company for your residential window cleaning needs. I used the convenient 'Request a Quote' option on Yelp and they responded to me within five minutes with their pricing! FIVE minutes! Their pricing was very very reasonable and then when they said they could be out at my house the next day, I was sold! They scheduled me within a two hour window and Ryan showed up right at the beginning of the scheduled time. He did an amazing job! He did the interior and exterior windows, the screens and track and not only do the windows look amazing, but it makes the house look new! There is so much light that comes in now! I have never had my windows cleaned professionally until today and now I am sold! I will be using Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning three times a year from now on! read more

All I can say is WOW, made a appointment over 2 weeks ago, for today December 16th. First time I called whom ever Chris is (owner maybe) voice mail is full. Left a text nothing, called 2 days later got the gal in the office, made the appt, they were to arrive between 11-2 pm, at 1:20 I called she said let me call my tech see where they are call you right back. Hmmm well at 3:15 I call the number for the office I get Chris's voice mailbox is full, so I texted the number and the lady in the office called me, only because I told her I would make sure I gave them a yelp. WTH, so she was full of excuses. But no answers. read more

I am down-rating my Review to One-Star because Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning wrote me an inappropriate private message here AFTER I had up-rated them to Five-Stars. Because of Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning's inappropriate private message to me here and their no if, and or buts they are clearly Yelp cheating here, I documented Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning's Yelp cheating with screen-shots. I also contacted the local Yelp representative, Michael "Son of a Chef" T, https://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=vHc-UrI9yfL_pnnc6nJtyQ. Michael wrote me back, "Thanks for pointing this out. We do rely on the help of the community to bring this to our attention." read more

Bought a Groupon deal 10 windows for $39 and that in itself I feel was an amazing deal. I called the same day I purchased and the girl on the phone setup a time for the following day! Yay me! I live in a 100+ year old house in Midtown with 2 large bay windows with 3 windows each side. Anthony showed up in his car and I was wondering where all the equipment was and incredibly he fits it all in his car (no company vehicles?) He was absolutely phenomenal! He was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Give this man a raise! Anthony was very good and detail oriented. My wife really was impressed. Beautiful work

I have used this Company for years and really Liked the jobs they had done. BUT that being said, something must have changed. First they left spots on our kitchen window, didn't clean a window, charged for more windows than what we have, did NOT wear masks inside our house (I did not let them in and had I known that I would not have let them in) and when I immediately called them on the number they used to let me know they would be late, they did not answer, I have 3 calls into the owner and several text messages and I received a phone message that I returned the call with no return calls or texts. NOT the way to do business in my opinion. Unfortunately I tipped Ryan & JJ before I noticed the spotted and dirty windows. I'm Editing my review. After this post, the owner called and Ryan came out (wearing a mask) and cleaned the windows and gave me a certificate for 50% off next cleaning. Told both of them, a little communication and this all could have been prevented. My windows are great. read more
