Gladys arrived first to walk around the house and provide an estimate; there are three options: 1) interior and exterior window cleaning + screens; 2) tracks cleaned and vacuum add-on; 3) exterior windows only, including screens. We chose 1 and 2. About 20 minutes after we approved the estimate, Jaime and Nathan showed up (usually owner Cesar is part of the crew, but he had a prior engagement). They began with the interior and took care to lay down towels to protect items near windows. After a few hours, our windows, screens, tracks, and bathroom mirrors (yep, they cleaned those too!) were spotless. Their pricing is a very good value. You can find less expensive window cleaners (and more expensive, for that matter), but you will be sacrificing quality. If you need your windows expertly cleaned, look no further.

Not a good experience with this company. The crew that initially did the interior windows were…read morelacking in detail. For example, when they squeegee the windows they let the water run down the windows and onto the windows sill. We had to give them towels to wipe away the excess water. Then, I had to point out some missed spots to the crew. The owner, Alex, came out two days later to complete the job by completing the exterior windows. In fairness, he did a good job. The windows look great. The problem was a broken roof tile on the second story. The tile in question was in an area right where he would be stepping just below the window he was cleaning. No one has been on the roof for two years. There were no broken tiles on the roof. When I pointed out the broken tile, Alex insisted he didn't break the tile stating he would have felt and heard the tile cracking. This might be true in some cases however the crack was a hairline crack. It's not like the tile exploded under his foot. Could have easily cracked without him hearing or feeling it. The point is the way Alex handled the situation was dead wrong as the business owner. What he should have done as the business owner to maintain integrity is say "I don't think I broke the tile but it's possible I did since I was working right there. I'll have the tile replaced." I told this to him as well as well as a former business owner myself. He basically said FU I'm not paying for that tile to be replaced. I paid the man but with questionable business ethics like this, move on to the next window cleaner.
