Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! My windows, screens and tracks are shiny! Price is reasonable and we'll worth the investment! Looking forward to another cleaning! Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They also have very competitive pricing. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly - we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment. They have a maintenance agreement, which is extremely affordable covers one cleaning a year, monitoring of the system to catch any problem before it becomes critical and you will receive a discounted rate for service if you need it in the future. I never realized after 15 years that it should be cleaned once a year and maintained, bad on me but that was something my husband Patrick took care of. Solar panels are a huge investment and so knowing that they are now going to be monitored and taken care before a major problem gives me peace of mind, better to be safe than sorry. These are the nicest people in the world Chris and Nicholas are experts, and they take time to explain everything to you. It's worth a phone call. They will come out and inspect your system to make sure it's OK and then set you up on the contract. Not a good experience with this company. The crew that initially did the interior windows were…read morelacking in detail. For example, when they squeegee the windows they let the water run down the windows and onto the windows sill. We had to give them towels to wipe away the excess water. Then, I had to point out some missed spots to the crew. The owner, Alex, came out two days later to complete the job by completing the exterior windows. In fairness, he did a good job. The windows look great. The problem was a broken roof tile on the second story. The tile in question was in an area right where he would be stepping just below the window he was cleaning. No one has been on the roof for two years. There were no broken tiles on the roof. When I pointed out the broken tile, Alex insisted he didn't break the tile stating he would have felt and heard the tile cracking. This might be true in some cases however the crack was a hairline crack. It's not like the tile exploded under his foot. Could have easily cracked without him hearing or feeling it. The point is the way Alex handled the situation was dead wrong as the business owner. What he should have done as the business owner to maintain integrity is say "I don't think I broke the tile but it's possible I did since I was working right there. I'll have the tile replaced." I told this to him as well as well as a former business owner myself. He basically said FU I'm not paying for that tile to be replaced. I paid the man but with questionable business ethics like this, move on to the next window cleaner.

1 Star feels generous for this company given my experience and their fraudulent sales tactics. The…read morebottom line is this company does not stand behind its product. We purchased 27 "High Snow Load Rated" panels from this company and 100% of them failed. The warranty has specific exclusions requiring you to shovel the panels despite some of them being located some 30 feet above grade. We were able to shovel half of them, the other half were inaccessible. All of them failed. Their response "file an insurance claim". They do not disclose their 15% loss experience in 2017 nor will they disclose their loss experience in 2022-2023 which was much more profound than 15%. The bottom line: it's absolutely fraud to sell "high snow load" panels in Lake Tahoe and then do nothing to support the product. Do not buy anything from this company. Disgraceful.
