I will definitely call them back.

I called to arrange to have my windows cleaned again this year and Sara, the office manager told me the price would be higher this year because my house was recently restained. She emailed me a proposal for $850 which I promptly signed and returned. On the day the work was scheduled, Vic arrived and promptly called my cell phone and told me "There is no way I'm cleaning your windows for less than $1,500" I reminded him that he has done my windows twice before and the house and it's windows haven't changed. I also reminded him that we were under contract. I'm so disappointed that Roman Window Cleaners would refuse to perform work they were contracted to do. In short, Roman Window Cleaners does top quality work, but I am stunned that they would attempt to upcharge me dramatically on the day they were contracted to clean my windows.

He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. Their prices, of course went up slightly, but understandably. They sent the pricing detailed with our appointment confirmation. The entire process of booking to service was super simple! Thank you!

Looking for a professional housekeeping company to keep your vacation home looking it's best? This…read moreis the one, 2B's. The service provided is great, but what's really important is their reliability and communication. They do a fantastic job on any given day. I'm able to book and communicate via email and text message. And pay invoices online. I can't count how many hours that has saved me. That's VERY rare for this industry. And for me, is the most useful way to work. Besides the everyday housekeeping, having a vacation home means a lot of out-of-the norm incidents. We've had guests book last minute. Cancel last minute. Leave expensive personal items. Have parties without permission. 2B's was able to handle every situation with absolute professionalism. After a bad service incident with one of Truckee/Tahoe's larger housekeeping companies, Mountain Lake, I was recommended to try 2B's. It's now been close to 2 solid years of AAA service. Our rental was used for nearly 150 nights last year, and have never had a single complaint about housekeeping issues. I wouldn't be able to trust my vacation rental to any other company.
