My house is SPARKLING! Biby's team did an amazing job. Their work is thorough and meticulous. I keep discovering extra clean things that I didn't know could be that clean. The glass shower enclosures and the bathroom mirrors look amazing. Who knew they could look that good? The stainless steel hood and ovens are also amazing. I have tried to get them to shine like that and they just never look that good. I can't get over how all of the dog fur is gone gone gone. My grand dog is a Great Pyrenees and I have given up ever getting all of that white fluffy hair off the floor. The service is very expensive (for me) but they do amazing work. read more

Biby and her team have been fantastic to work with. They have been cleaning our house for several years now. Not only do they do a great job cleaning after we or our guests have been there, but when there is some unforeseen issue they will find a way to do what is required, for example the dryer died and we couldn't get a replacement installed, different groups of friends were coming and going and they managed getting the laundry done. I've been reluctant to share a miserable experience that I had with this vendor, but I really want others to be weary of the reviews. Unfortunately, I fell for the reviews and my experience was beyond poor. So this happened during the height of the Covid pandemic, and I hired 2Bs Cleaning to work with us in advance of the summer rush in North Lake Tahoe. I was super excited and had high expectations about how this vendor would work out for us. I had spoken to a few cleaning services and wanted a different vendor, but they weren't taking on new clients at the time. I felt the communication with Biby was marginal. She refused to communicate by phone and only by text which was okay -- until it wasn't. Her crew left obvious juice on our kitchen floor and didn't clean it properly. Not a great welcome for guests arriving. They left their dirty white booties thrown on the floor in the entrance of the house, which was actually really gross, and left some of their personal belongings too. There were several details that I wanted her to speak to her cleaning crew about so they would put things in their proper place when they removed them, etc. Biby, however, told me there was no way for her to communicate with her crew, because they didn't speak the same language. I felt was a cop-out and was very cheap on her end. If someone runs a business and their clients pay them good money, the vendor needs to be able to speak to their employees, no? We paid her $275 to clean our small, super clean house, yet she is too cheap to hire a translator to help her run her business effectively, knowing that she evidently can't communicate with her employees? I found her reply incredulous. The biggest problem however was based on her being too busy and unable to keep her schedule sorted out. She asked us a few times to move the scheduled cleaning date/time to what we agreed to previously. And I think because maybe she had overextended herself and had too much work on her plate, she screwed up on confirming when they would clean our house. The biggest problem was she did this just before the July 4th holiday weekend, when we had guests coming. So, at the last minute, she told us she would be unable to clean our place, leaving us in a gigantic, unexpected predicament! Just think about that for a minute. I like to have clear, buttoned up communication and confirmation about appointments. Biby really let us down and wouldn't own up to it even though it was her who kept changing the scheduling dates and times. After this botch, we switched vendors immediately, and I'm delighted with the change! I can text or speak to our cleaner, who makes it a point to not switch dates and times frequently, and more importantly, she reconfirms when she is supposed to arrive and what days she will be cleaning. And, our housecleaner isn't afraid to, God forbid, answer your call for last minute issues, etc. I'm simply sharing my real experience with this vendor and what to expect in terms of communication style and dependability. read more

I love working with this cleaning service because they make everything stress free. They always show up when they say they will. They under promise and over deliver. They do not rip me off on the hours they say they work (which is common in this area). They are well managed and have quality checks to make sure all is done to perfection. 2 B's is the first cleaning service I've ever used here where I never had a complaint that something wasn't done up to snuff. The service provided is great, but what's really important is their reliability and communication. They do a fantastic job on any given day. I'm able to book and communicate via email and text message. And pay invoices online. I can't count how many hours that has saved me. That's VERY rare for this industry. And for me, is the most useful way to work. Besides the everyday housekeeping, having a vacation home means a lot of out-of-the norm incidents. We've had guests book last minute. Cancel last minute. Leave expensive personal items. Have parties without permission. 2B's was able to handle every situation with absolute professionalism. After a bad service incident with one of Truckee/Tahoe's larger housekeeping companies, Mountain Lake, I was recommended to try 2B's. It's now been close to 2 solid years of AAA service.
