Looking for a professional housekeeping company to keep your vacation home looking it's best? This…read moreis the one, 2B's. The service provided is great, but what's really important is their reliability and communication. They do a fantastic job on any given day. I'm able to book and communicate via email and text message. And pay invoices online. I can't count how many hours that has saved me. That's VERY rare for this industry. And for me, is the most useful way to work. Besides the everyday housekeeping, having a vacation home means a lot of out-of-the norm incidents. We've had guests book last minute. Cancel last minute. Leave expensive personal items. Have parties without permission. 2B's was able to handle every situation with absolute professionalism. After a bad service incident with one of Truckee/Tahoe's larger housekeeping companies, Mountain Lake, I was recommended to try 2B's. It's now been close to 2 solid years of AAA service. Our rental was used for nearly 150 nights last year, and have never had a single complaint about housekeeping issues. I wouldn't be able to trust my vacation rental to any other company.

Not only does Claudia do a great job actually cleaning the place, she is PERFECT if you put your property up on sites like Airbnb or VRBO like I do. She has no issues accommodating last minute cleanings if I have a guest book the same night and check out the next morning. She will rush over or have a team member rush over in emergencies. She has helped me coordinate the removal of a broken couch and setting up the new one. She helps with small things like replacing batteries. If I need to stock up on supplies, she will let me know ahead of time and I can simply ship it over to her and she will get it set up at my place. Living hours away, Claudia has again, been perfect for my cleaning needs. I have never once needed to drive over because I can always count on her and the Tahoe Mountain Cleaning crew to take care of my condos.

They charge a lot of money for a very average job where I have to go in and clean things after them. What they don't seem to like doing is clean floors.
