The service provided is great, but what's really important is their reliability and communication. They do a fantastic job on any given day. I'm able to book and communicate via email and text message. And pay invoices online. I can't count how many hours that has saved me. That's VERY rare for this industry. And for me, is the most useful way to work. Besides the everyday housekeeping, having a vacation home means a lot of out-of-the norm incidents. We've had guests book last minute. Cancel last minute. Leave expensive personal items. Have parties without permission. 2B's was able to handle every situation with absolute professionalism. After a bad service incident with one of Truckee/Tahoe's larger housekeeping companies, Mountain Lake, I was recommended to try 2B's. It's now been close to 2 solid years of AAA service. Our rental was used for nearly 150 nights last year, and have never had a single complaint about housekeeping issues. I wouldn't be able to trust my vacation rental to any other company.

Multiple times we'd return to our place in Tahoe City to find that the cleaners made the beds without changing the sheets or only used the express wash load on the laundry to keep the cycles shorter instead of getting a thorough cleaning of the linens. They had been responsive and apologietic when that happened, so I kept being willing to give them another chance. This last experience was the last straw. After their last cleaning I found multiple sets of dirty sheets balled up and shoved into the linen closet. It is clear to me that they hadn't been actually washing sheets but cycling between sets of dirty sheets. We use our house as a second home and do not rent it to vacationers, so I can't even imagine what they do for clients who aren't there to check the quality. Additionally, during this same last visit, they were supposed to have cleaned the oven (which they charge extra for) and they didn't do it. I reached out to them directly when I discovered this and did not get a response. We obviously won't be using them anymore, but everyone should be aware that they need to do serious quality checks on this team.

I'm an absentee owner and Camille cleans a vacation rental for me. She is a literal Godsend and does a great job at property management. She alerts me right away when tenants create damage or things aren't the way they should be. For example, if the light bulbs need to be replaced or the snow plow guys are a no show, she lets me know and also helps to deal with it. Occasionally you have a tenant breaking rules and Camille is a no-nonsense person who always looks out for the best interests of the homeowner. I trust her completely.
