I sent Tino an email on 08/14/2024 to follow up on the custom gutter and was told that he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Since then, I have sent him several emails and left voice mails asking him to fix a downspout that was not positioned correctly as well as an ETA to complete the job. It looks like he has ghosted me and have not heard from him. I understand things happen and I will gladly update this review if the job is completed.

Super friendly, super efficient, and super conscientious. Due to the snow cover and ice in the gutters, Junior and Francisco took extra time to make sure everything was thawed out for cleaning and then installed properly, and then they took extra time to clean up the debris from the gutters around the yard.
