First, the estimator really listened to what I needed in terms of house paint, fence and pergola staining and delivered a quote and timeline that was right on target, giving time for the paint to dry after each step. Then, I really appreciated all the prep work, scraping and fixing the fascia and caulking the eaves, so that the paint went on smoothly.
