The guys were very careful to cover the carpets, flooring & furniture to prevent paint spots. They masked off the ceilings that were not being painted so the new wall colors stayed off. The stairway was carefully done~~even at the 12' level. They managed to paint 6 rooms, a stairway & a hallway in 2 days time as promised. It looks REALLY good, no mess & NO REGRETS. Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. After we installed a new elevator, the elevator company recommended Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning…read more The circular elevator walls were wrapped in blue protective tape which, upon removal, created static electricity that caused dust to stick to the panels between the elevator car and the exterior walls. Some areas were very high or had very narrow gaps between the elevator walls and the house walls. The job also required the elevator installer to be onsite to help move the elevator car for access. Because we were preparing to put the house on the market, we had the home cleaned and staged, and photos/videos were scheduled for specific dates, which we clearly communicated to the cleaning company. The service provider arrived, cleaned the majority of the shaft, and told us he would return and contact us after they figured out the best way to complete the remaining cleaning. A few days after the photos and videos were taken, we received a $270 charge for 3 hours of work. No one contacted us, there was no follow-up, and the job was never completed -- just a bill. Extremely disappointed. we had to hire someone else. If a job is outside your capabilities, it's better to be upfront about it rather than take on work you cannot complete. It would have been far better for them to tell us to find another provider, especially given the time-sensitive nature of preparing the house for listing.

Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked for a few Day Lillie's be transplanted back into the area. They installed a new drip system with an extension for me to plant my small veggie garden. NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.
