Suddenly the job went to $2200, over $500 over our highest quote. We were told this was for "extra materials" for the mosaic tiles. We decided to go back to using just regular tile and somehow their price didn't change. Kelly said the $1200 price increase was due to they needed materials - Hardie Backer & Thin Set.
