I finally got a text at 6:51 PM saying "Sorry, but our technician left early for a graduation." That's it..... no solution, no offer of another time. Nothing. I have a tidy small place. My son passed away 18 months ago and although I clean and pick things up, since he passed away i haven't cleaned in my usual fashion (nooks & crannies). This meant a lot to me.
