Do Not Hire This Company!…read more I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. During the final walkthrough, I found hair and stains in multiple rooms and bathrooms. While I was pointing them out, the cleaner simply left without saying anything or getting my approval. I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.

My first call went to voicemail, and he returned my call while I was leaving a voicemail message. On March 24, 2026, Zach and Craig came to our 1850 sf home to clean all the carpeting. They arrived on time and got right to work, bringing in their equipment carefully and putting corner guards in place throughout the house. One of the first things I noticed was the pleasant scent - it is very light and does not smell like chemicals. My usual preference is for no scent, but I found myself preferring this delicate scent. They were efficient and quick (but not too quick!), and the carpets looked very clean when they were through. The price is one of the most reasonable I have found in Reno and includes a military discount (thank you, Zach, for your patriotism!). Fresh Start is fairly new to our area, but not new to the business of cleaning flooring. We look forward to trying their tile cleaning service next. If you need your carpets cleaned, I feel confident recommending Fresh Start Carpet Care.

WOW, What a great job Rosie and her team did in my gym…read more Everyone knows how dirty and nasty a gym can get if not kept clean on a regular basis. Well as a business owner there are a lot of matters that can come up at any time that I have to take care of which means less cleaning on my part. Rosie came in to my gym to offer her business, I have tried other cleaning services in the past but nobody did it as good as me so I was hesitant at first but still gave her a chance to prove herself. I am so glad that I did because she does a better job then me and not by a little bit!!! Thank you so much ROSIE EMERALD CLEANING SERVICE. P.S. They come and clean my gym at 4am...so when I get there in the morning my gym is already clean so I can focus on business matters instead of cleaning a bathroom. On a scale of 1-10 Rosie is an 11

One key bonus of this expensive move in was that the Owner came down and helped design the floor plan to our liking. In those 4 years, we miraculously haven't spilled anything on the upholstery. But our movements did leave some grime behind that merited a good cleaning. As out-of-town guests were coming soon, we contacted Summit Cleaning Services to do the job. Once we got past the sales pitch for the extras, we settled on a reasonable base price. It wasn't cheap, but we agreed at the end that it was a good value, especially since the furniture at the end really looked spic and span. With their truck and hoses, it reminded me of a Stanley Steamer affair. We simply stayed out of the way and let the owner do his work. We did need to wait a few hours for the cushions to dry, and before we knew it we were ready to watch Silo Episode 9 (Season 2) from the comfort of our clean couch. We also appreciated the extra cat care and scratching control advise and some tips to further maintain our furniture. They also do floor sealing, carpet cleaning, and associated other services.
