I hesitated to leave this review because Diana was very responsive and kind. This review is not personal but I wanted to warn others about our experience. We hired L&M cleaning for a deep cleaning of our home before my mother in law arrived. We have a new baby and the house just needed a deep clean. Diana is extremely professional and was quick to respond, we were quickly worked into their schedule for the day before my mother in laws arrival. We planned an entire day in Carson City so the cleaning crew would have the house to themselves, we even took our dog and had her groomed. I was surprised when Diana said the cleaning would only take 3 hours but figured with a crew of 3 women that maybe they just worked fast. When we arrived home I could tell the floors were cleaned, the windows themselves had been washed and the kitchen had been done. The baseboards were done...in places, there were visible cobwebs still, cat hair on the furniture, the "deep clean" of the sliding glass doors was done poorly (there's still dirt in both sets of doors), my daughters room was never even touched, they only cleaned two of the bedrooms. This deep clean did not include doing any laundry or making beds, which I found odd, but I assumed it was because they would focus and do such a great job on the other items. That was not the case. They charged us $500 for a job that was barely worth $125. It ended up really stressing us out before my mother in law came into town. I will say this, Diana handled it well and gave us a partial refund but we were still charged $200 for a really crappy cleaning job. She offered to have the ladies come back and "finish the job" but at the point my mother in law was on the way and I had lost all trust in their ability to clean. I got the impression that these ladies probably clean a lot of STR's where the cleaning standards are probably pretty low, they are not who I would hire for residential work. read more

They are detail-oriented, and nothing beats coming home to a spotless house! The price is reasonable, and you get what you pay for. This is my 2nd review because I did not elaborate on my 1st review. First of all it's my initial service from L & M cleaning company. It a so call cleaning company, apparently it's not. So it's supposed to be " a deep cleaning session". They did not touch & clean d sliding door & more so the reel. Top of the fridge, they said stuffs on top of fridge that they did not cleaned it. I have a dusty glass tray , they didn't even washed it. "Who have no stuff of things on top of fridge esp. if you don't have enough space " . The blinds , they used their disposable dry wipe , they closed the blind & wipe it down ward & closed it up & wiped it up. And that's it. So for the meant time edges were not cleaned. I have 3 rooms , master room , guess room and den. They didn't touched the den at all. I don't use my front door so much, the top of my door have little fix window , cob-web was not removed. Most of all my cabinets on top of the stove, they said they can't clean it as it has grease and stains. It's not stain , it's grease! I was so frustrated ! It's was one of the reasons I hired them. Getting old and not able to go up the ladder and clean it! To my frustration I made my own solution was able to clean and take off the grease of it. GOOD FOR ME!!! So called cleaning company! She handles complaints and requests easily, I've even had her insurance company replace an improperly cleaned surface that was ruined and she had it replaced immediately. I appreciate her and her team. I leave valuable items out without a worry because they are trustworthy. L and M Professional Cleaning did such an amazing job cleaning our house. The wonderful crew showed up at our door around 12:45pm and left almost 7 hours later!!! There was not a spot that was not scrubbed, cleaned, wiped and mopped. My house has never felt this fresh. The women who came were kind and aware of our indoor cats, making sure not to let them out. I wish I could express just how grateful I am for the work they did. If you're looking for someone to clean your house, L and M will blow you away with their hard work. PLEASE do yourself a favor and READ the BAD REVIEWS for L&M Professional Cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Diana is very nice and very responsive, but WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for what her employees do. The workers did NOT speak English, so communication was hard. I hired her company to do a deep clean on an elderly friend's house, while he was out of town on a cruise. The cost seemed astronomical, but I had limited time to get this done, so $450 was paid for the deep clean and another $30 was paid to clean the refrigerator. The cleaning that was done was okay, but nothing spectacular. They do NOT do windows inside and out as stated in the review on the website; they only do the inside, so the mess outside is still visible. I came in from doing yard work, and the heater was going full blast and the workers didn't even know they'd turned it on while they were cleaning. The shower rack had been removed and cleaned, but I did not see how to get it back in place behind the dual shower heads, after the cleaners had left, and when my friend returned home from his cruise several days later, the shower nozzles were leaking all over the place and had to be replaced. He also found that his refrigerator and freezer had been left OFF after they were cleaned, so ALL his food had spoiled. Diana refused to believe this, and would not offer any compensation for the spoiled food. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Diana Morales's company cleaned my house on a regular basis about once a month for over a year. Consistently her team came in and did a beautiful job. She always sent out a message beforehand to remind of the next session. I paid immediately after the service and tipped both her and her workers generously. I have great appreciation for a woman-owned business and also that she seems to be actively building her business on her own. I know firsthand how difficult that is. During this time I recommended her company to anyone in my network looking for cleaning services. Things went great until one day I came home after a service to find standing water left on my hard wood floors from their mop. This unfortunately led to the wood slats swelling and buckling, causing permanent damage and a tremendous eyesore to my living room hallway. Upon contacting my insurance company they advised that Diana should utilize her insurance to repair the issue. I called Diana and she came back to my house to survey the situation. Immediately she said that it was impossible that her team was the cause for this and that I have a leak in my plumbing. This was patently false, being as there are no pipes in this area of the house nor even the smallest evidence of water damage either in the house or in the crawlspace. I professionally explained the situation, being that I have never run across this, but that because this is several thousands of dollars of damage (validate with quotes) I cannot afford to correct this issue by myself. I work hard and am impeccable in all my affairs. I asked that she merely help me to repair it. She denied any responsibility for this, and stopped responding to me. What good is it to have a license or insurance if it does nothing to protect the company or the customer. I am extremely disappointed that she chose to have no integrity or appreciation for the people that try to support her business. DO NOT USE HER if there is any risk to your precious home. read more

This was a terrible experience after using them before. We paid for a deep move out clean and after 6.5 hours it was not completed. Trash was left on the floors, floors not mopped, rags left, one room not cleaned. After expressing this disappointment to the owner, they became a ghost after happily accepting the money for a job not completed. read more
