I've been a customer with Jessica cleaning for the last 2 years. I love the services that they perform when they reached out to me stating that they had a customer or possible competitor post a review on their page. It immediately made me irate due to the amazing services that they provide for the price that they charge. This would honestly make me if I was a business owner. Want to charge customers more. Do to something so poorly, written and detestible. How could you tarnish a company's name and reputation? Do to not having the quality service or amount of customers. This is extremely beyond acceptable. Whatever company has done this. I really hope that karma comes back because this company has cleaned my home for the past 2 years and has done an amazing job. I've also renewed my cleaning contract. Last Monday so I know this company goes above and beyond and are amazing to have. At first I was very hesitant to use Jessica Cleaing's services at first due to reading a post made by what I expected to be a real customer by the name of CJ. I decided to give Jessica Cleaning a shot based on the price the quoted me for the service when they arrived they were very professional and polite they performed the duties that they stated they would in the contract and went above and beyond doing and amazing job for the price they quoted us, we've paid more for less in the past. After receiving their cleaning services we've come to the conclusion that CJ was a fake post made by a competitor to get a leg up on Jessica Cleaning who happens to be accredited by the BBB after what they did with my home I understand why they are accredited amazing work keep it up. read more

Jessica cleaning performed a cleaning at my home yesterday. Which I was extremely satisfied with after they performed, they're cleaning. I've decided to sign on to a biweekly cleaning contract with their services for the price that I've paid i'm surprised they didn't charge more. I'm so happy with this company. I signed on to a 2 year contract, which. By the way, states that I can cancel any time. Which makes me feel more secure andcomfortable with this company. I cannot recommend Jessica Cleaning LLC enough! I had a burst pipe in the middle of the night and called them at 2:30 a.m. My home was completely flooded, and within just a few hours, they arrived, worked tirelessly, and extracted all the water from my carpets. They steamed, shampooed, and left my home in an incredible condition by 5 a.m. Though it will take a bit for the floor to dry, they removed nearly all the moisture. The professionalism, promptness, and 24-hour availability absolutely saved me. Their rates were fantastic, and the service was beyond anything I expected.
