I reached out to HCLLC on Friday because I just moved out of my house and had to turn the keys over to the buyers on Monday. Short turn around , but Maria was able to fit me into her schedule. Sorry, I don't provide this service." Pretty abrupt response without much of explanation. I pressed further so I could figure out what I said wrong! She said she has had other customers unsatisfied! I checked with my Realtors and they told me it was definitely set up with MIA at Cleaning House. They set the appointment, gave you the lock box code since no one would be in the empty home. BUT we were there waiting for a painting contractor when the ladies walked in. Since they did not speak English it was hard to express that they had the wrong day. I understand Spanish but I am not fluent. These ladies did not want to leave until I ushered them out. I told my Realtor that I did not want this company in my home since they were so dirty to include their equipment and dirty rags. You are taking dirt from another home into my home and that is the biggest way to get sick. Not a clean rag or tool was insight. Had booked for a for a Tuesday in July 2017 at 12:30 p.m. At 12:45 p.m. I called to see where they were. Mia stated that she had never booked an appointment with me and I must be mistaken. (All communications were done through Yelp and when i referenced the messages it seemed to jog her memory.) She then stated that her crews were all booked up for that day, but could could tomorrow, Wednesday, at 1 p.m. to clean our home. Mia arrived with her crew on time on Wednesday and walked through the house to make sure she knew what we wanted her to focus on. The cleaners were in and out in less than an hour and a half. The cleaning was sub-par and topical. The showers were barely touched and the floors looked like they were swept, but not mopped. For $188 for 2 bdrms/2 1/2 baths to be cleaned I expected more. When I called back to state that her rates were high for the cleaning received, she stated,"It's our most popular service" and made no effort to make it right. I would say this is not the best cleaning service. They use dollar store products, which are toxic and do not work efficiently and effectively. I had to redirect the priorities of what should be cleaned to aid in time. My boyfriend's place was dirty, but more dusty than anything. My mom ended up coming up and she and I finished the job. They did not do what I asked them to do, and lied to their employer when I brought up their errors. I asked the price for a 3bdrm, 2 bath house including blinds. They quoted me $248. Upon arrival the lady said it would be $348. It was very dusty, but otherwise clean. So I said don't do the blinds, so she charged me $250 and said she could come back and do the blinds for $80...???. So they cleaned the house. I was not impressed. Furniture was missed and I had to wipe counters and the kitchen table down, as they felt unclean. Also, a lot of stuff was not put back in place, understandable, but it seemed to be thrown wherever, so I have to go thru this weekend and arrange everything. It also bothers me when I see them run to the bank the same day and cash my check. I definitely would not hire them again. This was in Reno. read more

I feel like I was miss lead with the yelp reviews of this company. I hired them to do a move-in clean (walls, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, base boards, etc.), and was sorely disappointed. Random walls were still visibly smugged, bathroom draws were full of hair and toothpaste from previous owners, and only one side of the base of the toilets were cleaned (visible toilet filth left behind). Spent a whole Saturday following behind them to finish he clean. Unfortunately I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Maria and her crew did such a crappy job with cleaning our house. It was a 5 bedroom house and she charged me 300$ for deep cleaning for 2 hours. She said she has 4 people to do it. She also insisted on me paying cash instead of check. The bathroom mirrors were clean as well as the oven top. The kitchen and bathroom floors were not as clean as I expected. The carpet under the beds were not vacuumed. Study tables were left dusty. Our patio was not cleaned and I had to call her attention so she sent her staff the day after. When I texted her, her reason was that our house needed a lot of cleaning. Well that's the reason they were hired. The windows were also not cleaned. She gave back 80$ as she recognized they did not do a good job. She blamed it on one of her staff who she apparently fired. But she was there to oversee the job so she does not have an excuse. Really crappy job. This was my first time to hire someone to clean our house and I was so sorry I chose the wrong people. I'm not expecting miracles. I know the house needed cleaning. It's not beyond one would expect in a house with 3 children. There is a reason why you were hired. I didn't expect you to paint the walls or do the carpet cleaning. But the very basic job of vacuuming under the bed and dusting a study table was missed, or should I say intentionally not done? Integrity is being honest and doing the right thing even when no one is looking. You obviously do not have that. If you hire these people, make sure you watch them really close.
