I am in my 70s and recovering from rotator cuff surgery so couldn't clean the house myself. I made this appt 1MONTH IN ADVANCE because I had people coming to my house the day after the cleaning. My cleaning was a 2pm The day of the cleaning I received a phone message at 11:58am that the cleaning crew would be 30 minutes late as they were short staffed. I called them at 2pm and asked if they were still going to come at 2:30. They responded they were short staffed and would be here closer to 3 pm. I called at 3pm and asked if they were on target to come clean my house soon. Again, I was told they were short staffed and they were "on their way now" and would be there a little after 4pm. At 5:30 pm I received a call but missed it because I was upstairs cleaning a bathroom myself. At 6 pm I called the company again and was told they had a horrible day because of being short staffed and were just trying to take care of their clients. I thought I was a client. They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. I spent the rest of the evening cleaning my house for my guests the next day at great pain to my shoulder. I understand things happen. I am sorry they were short staffed. I tried to be accommodating. But they didn't bother to call me for over 5 hours with a status update. And the status updates I got when I called were promises they didn't intent to keep. That is unforgiveable and unprofessional. They should have kept me in constant update mode so we could have made adjustments (next day? etc) but no....I felt they were just blowing me off. To add insult to injury. My husband and I had paid tickets to an event that night. Because of their lack of updates and no phone calls until too late, I had to cancel my attendance at great cost to me and my husband went alone while I cleaned my house. So I had to do the work and I lost money in the long run. This company may be good cleaners but they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients. I am now looking for a new company to clean my house while I heal from my surgery.

After speaking to Maria and receiving a quick quote, I found her prices to be very reasonable for what she was offering. The time frame I was given was roughly 4 hours and there were roughly 3-4 ladies to help clean. They worked on everything from the outside spider webs, to wiping the chandelier, and the oven. They did an awesome move out clean for me along with being flexible with my schedule, heck they even also found things that I thought were lost forever. There was a lot of employees being changed, one missed appointment, and now they completely dropped our service without any notice. They had an employee who would come to the job site in a crop top and exposing leggings who would do a half job. Text messages would go unanswered and phone calls ignored. They dropped our service without any notice and even tried to say that the message was received when it wasn't. I was sent a confirmation of our service for the week and when no one showed they respond hours later that they were no longer servicing. I would never recommend this company and will be spreading that information to the other clients on the job site.
