My cleaning was a 2pm The day of the cleaning I received a phone message at 11:58am that the cleaning crew would be 30 minutes late as they were short staffed. I called them at 2pm and asked if they were still going to come at 2:30. They responded they were short staffed and would be here closer to 3 pm. I called at 3pm and asked if they were on target to come clean my house soon. Again, I was told they were short staffed and they were "on their way now" and would be there a little after 4pm. At 5:30 pm I received a call but missed it because I was upstairs cleaning a bathroom myself. At 6 pm I called the company again and was told they had a horrible day because of being short staffed and were just trying to take care of their clients. I thought I was a client. They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. I spent the rest of the evening cleaning my house for my guests the next day at great pain to my shoulder. I understand things happen. I am sorry they were short staffed. I tried to be accommodating. But they didn't bother to call me for over 5 hours with a status update. And the status updates I got when I called were promises they didn't intent to keep. That is unforgiveable and unprofessional. They should have kept me in constant update mode so we could have made adjustments (next day? etc) but no....I felt they were just blowing me off. To add insult to injury. My husband and I had paid tickets to an event that night. Because of their lack of updates and no phone calls until too late, I had to cancel my attendance at great cost to me and my husband went alone while I cleaned my house. So I had to do the work and I lost money in the long run. This company may be good cleaners but they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients. I am now looking for a new company to clean my house while I heal from my surgery.

Unfortunately, that is not what happened. Despite paying for the service--including an additional charge specifically for refrigerator cleaning--multiple areas were clearly not cleaned at all. The photos and videos I provided speak for themselves. Bottom line: they did not do what I paid them to do. Timing was critical, as I had to turn over my keys to my landlord, which is why I scheduled the service when I did. When I raised concerns, I was offered a re-clean days later--after I no longer had access to the property. That is not a realistic solution in a move-out situation. I was then denied a full refund and offered only a partial $50 refund, which does not come close to covering the cost to fix the incomplete work (I was quoted $250 by another company to redo the cleaning). To make matters worse, I later saw another client post a similar complaint the very next day on Yelp, which shows this is not an isolated issue. This was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, and they chose not to. I do not recommend using this company.
