After several successful and good experiences in Truckee, CA, in my most recent cleaning the cleaners didn't vacuum at all, simply pushed debris into corners, completely skipped cleaning entire areas of my home, and the two cleaners left 30 minutes early (short changing me 25% of the time they were supposed to be there). When I contacted Araceli to complain, instead of an apology, I was met with a bait-and-switch. She told me their rates were significantly higher than what we had contracted for, and DEMANDED I pay for the entire cleaning time. There was zero accountability and no attempt to fix the situation. It looks like they are now operating in the San Francisco Bay Area. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be back.
