First time using this company. My gf has a really crazy schedule and has little to no energy to clean or do anything when she gets home, and the thought of needing to clean just lingers and stresses her out so I found this place and decided to give it a try, well they did not disappoint. The communication from the start of getting a quote to the end result was on point. And for the price it was definitely well worth it. Thank you!! read more

This was our first time getting a cleaner for a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Originally the cleaner got there about 30 minutes late with no communication about being late. We do stay in an apartment complex so I can understand. I do feel as though if you are having trouble navigating the complex them giving the client a heads up so they know you are there and that you are trying to find the place could have saved some time. The cleaner did a great job cleaning the apartment and refrigerator and even took out the trash at the end which was super nice. Outside of being a little late I would definitely try them again. I do feel like the price did reflect the work that was done and the interaction with the cleaner was great. read more

Came to house a refused to clean. I definitely don't recommend Forget this company

Easy communication. Responsive and organized. I appreciated the online payment option and the email reminders.

House was rushed through. Stove not cleaned and no furniture was wiped down. House not tidied up. Do not recommend and will not use in the future. read more

I was very happy with the services provided. Initial clean of a new house at move in then recurring cleanings on a monthly basis. Highly recommended. read more

We reached out for a quote to clean our 3 bathrooms and they responded within minutes. The quote was very competitive and they scheduled us for the very next morning. They arrived on time and were very efficient, yet provided a high quality clean. They worked well as a team of two while cleaning the bathrooms and we're very satisfied overall. We will definitely going to use them again! read more

Do not book with Always Clean Cleaning LLC. I genuinely feel scammed. We found their flyer on our door and saw an ad online for three hours of cleaning for $150, which sounded great since we have a baby and busy work schedules. We booked right away. Two cleaners showed up late, then stayed for barely an hour and a half. When I asked why they were leaving early, they claimed their boss was tracking their time and that they had to go. I called the boss, who told me that sending two people meant it only counted as 1.5 hours--not three. Nowhere on the website does it say that, and I would never have booked it if I knew that's what they meant. Completely misleading. To make it worse, the cleaners barely did anything. They vacuumed, mopped, wiped the counters--and that's it. We added laundry for an extra fee, but it was never touched. Instead, they mixed our clean and dirty clothes together, threw everything in the hamper, and never asked for clarification, even after I offered to help them figure things out when they arrived. Then they had the nerve to tell their boss that our home was "too messy to clean." We paid for cleaning, not judgment. If there were too many clothes, we added laundry for a reason. The boss promised to return the next day to make things right and even confirmed the time. I left work early, rushed to pick up my daughter, and waited at home--no one showed up. I texted and called several times, and eventually received a message claiming my appointment "wasn't confirmed" and they were "too busy" to come. Then I got an $8 refund for the laundry... and that's it. I asked for a full refund, and they refused. I even sent a certified letter and it was returned to sender. This company is unprofessional, misleading, and lacks basic customer service. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Don't waste your money. read more

Always Clean did a great job on our move out clean. Reasonably priced as well. We had a hiccup with our moving plans and they were able to help accommodate which relieved our family of such stress. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving out or needs some extra cleaning help! read more

They did an amazing job of cleaning my mom's home that she just moved into which should have been move in ready but unfortunately was not. The bathrooms and kitchen needed a good deep cleaning. They were extremely thorough and paid great attention to detail. Very happy with the work they did and the pricing was very reasonable. Will be using their services again in the near future! read more

One time clean - great job. Went through Yelp to find a fairly last minute clean. Gave me an estimate via text based on number of bedrooms/bathrooms and 3 different time slots in the next week that worked for them. I was able to select the first slot and all went really well. The house looks great, the cleaning crew was super friendly and professional, and the payment was easy. Thank you to the team! read more

We requested a deep cleaning service. On the day of the cleaning, my wife was present to monitor their work and guide them to focus on areas that needed special attention. However, the cleaners were very rude and uncooperative. Whenever we asked them to clean specific spots, they demanded extra money, which we agreed to pay. When I came home from work, I noticed that there were still multiple spots they had not cleaned, including some basic stains that I could easily wipe with my fingers.I did a video call with the lady I had been coordinating with for the service, but she was also rude and started shouting at me. She accused me of not wanting to pay and threatened to send a court notice. I pointed out several areas, especially in the hall, where there were spots that could be wiped away with a finger, indicating that they had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, the oven, refrigerator, and sinks were still dirty. Still she was arguing with me and saying that she will be sending a court notice. I feel like I wasted my money on hiring this deep cleaning service, as they didn't even perform a basic cleaning. Reply to your comment- Those pictures clearly understand those not paint Marks, those are sticky glue which I was remove with finger nails during the video call and oven is grease Marks in the oven. read more

I needed help with a deep cleaning of a new apartment I moved into, because it had a lot of grime and ick around from the previous tenant. Another cleaning lady had come but skipped a bunch of stuff that I asked her to do. I called Always Clean and they were able to come by on very short notice and did excellent work. They were so nice and worked very quickly, and my apartment feels so much better now. Thank you thank you thank you. read more

I needed a deep, industrial clean for our workshop and shed that we had just re-roofed. Always Clean got back to us within a few minutes and was able to book us for later in the week. They even agreed to move the contents in the workshop and shed for us. Alex came out and was done within a few hours. I thought that had to mean the job was not done thoroughly, but I was wrong! He did a fantastic and efficient job and we were very satisfied with all the corners and crevices that were no longer caked in dust and debris. Will definitely use these guys again. Very affordable as well! read more

They came once and did okay. They came today 50 minutes late and 2 cleaners zipped through the house supposedly cleaning it in a hour and a half. I said they couldn't scrub the house that fast and they wanted me to show them how they didn't. I could see that they dusted a little and cleaned the bathrooms some. I find there are spots on the floor and things are like my kids used to clean their rooms. I told them how disappointed I am. I gave them a check for what was supposed to be almost 5 hours. How do I find a reliable company? I used Yelp review. read more
