Fast, efficient, and great price. Showed up on time. They were able to do cleaning on short notice.

Rich stunk like cigarettes and I was corrected by the manager that he smokes cigars. How rude! I am 6 weeks post tracheobronchoplasty surgery and have another 5 months of recovery. As I am sitting upstairs, Rich's foul odor permeated upstairs. I put a mask on, and I called Stanley Steamers and reported this. I asked Rich to please leave immediately. He felt it necessary to come upstairs and talk to me...TWICE! Did you miss the part of me having to wear a mask and explaining to you that I appreciate what you've done but you need to leave immediately? The manager offered to bring a machine to clean the air out and blamed me for not requesting a non-smoker! I don't see anywhere on the website, a box to check for me to request a non-smoker! Second-hand smoke is extremely dangerous and everyone knows this. Shame on you! The manager claims that he wanted to make it right, and that Rich should be paid for cleaning part of the sofa. ARE YOU GOING TO PAY MY EXPENSES FOR HAVING TO GET THIS HOUSE FREE OF RICHE'S STENCH AND FOR ME TO STAY SOMEWHERE UNTIL I CAN LIVE IN MY OWN HOME? That is not making it right. Shame on you and I hope that someday, you understand the meaning of lung disease and stop blaming your customers and take full responsibility! read more

Sterling Carpets did a fantastic job! They came to shampoo the carpets and an area rug in my home, and everything looks (and smells) so fresh and clean. I recently used Sterling Carpet Care, I have used them in the past based on a family member recommendation. They are awesome. I first called to ask if they do carpet stretching as I also need this service. I was thinking I would call back and schedule the cleaning later on. I spoke with Eric, he was so helpful and even though they don't do that, he was helpful in the direction I should go to find this service. Eric was so personable and pleasant, I went ahead and booked the carpet cleaning, no reason to wait. Eric arrived on time, knew exactly what I was wanting and recalled the details from our first conversation. I have a small but elderly female dog, say no more, they have accidents. My carpet was cleaned and also treated for these accidents. The high travel areas were cleaned expertly and looked great. I highly recommend this company. They are excellent and deserve to thrive. read more

Sterling Carpet Care is absolutely amazing. We had Eric come out and do the upholstery on our couch and rocking chair. First off, from the beginning their communication was fantastic. They got us on their schedule in a timely manner, had very reasonable pricing, and Eric notified us when he was in the area and was able to get here earlier (which was great). He did an amazing job with our couch and chair - they look fresh and clean (which is saying a lot, as we have dogs that shed plenty and a toddler). On top of all this, Eric was so incredibly friendly and kind. Such a genuine person and you can tell he cares about the work he does. I 1000% recommend them over any of the big corporations. They won't try to sell you more than what you need. This is a wonderful local business that cares about its customers! Thank you so much Eric and the team at Sterling Carpet Care. read more

Company came on time to our move-out to clean the carpets before our son moves in. The carpets were quite dirty and a few grease stains because my husband picked up blobs of it on his shoes from a food truck at the car wash. They did a great job getting them clean, happy with the work. I gave four stars rather than five because Joe who did the job was supposed to call us to come and lock up and instead he left a message with out son who was traveling from KS to CO by car. There was no way he was going to get here to lock up the house. I specifically told Joe to call me or my husband and gave him both numbers but instead he left a text on our sons phone and then left the home unlocked. It was a partial move out and so our garage was storing things that are important to us. Anyone could have walked in the door. Our Army son was paying to have it cleaned so his family could move in, but we own the home. My husband did not hear from Joe so he went to the house to check on it and of course, it was left unlocked. read more

Impressed doesn't even begin to cover it!! Initially called on Tuesday to request a quote for cleaning carpet in two of the bedrooms in my home that have been well loved and have not been cleaned in probably 15+years. Hoping for availability at least by the next week and was very happy to hear that they could come the very next day! The next day comes and I receive a call from Eric confirming service and telling me he will be there a little early if that's alright with me. Once he showed up, he was a wealth of knowledge and extremely personable. He went over what he would do, in depth to make sure the carpets were clean-and boy did he have his work cut out for him! He communicated with me throughout the whole process, noting side by side of where he had cleaned and had not yet cleaned yet. Once he was done he was sure to make sure everything was clean and went over next steps. Before and after pics provided but we are very happy with the outcome! read more

Eric did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this business. Explained everything very thoroughly and the carpet looks great. read more

When the job was first done I was Ok with the job done because it was wet when I checked it but after time I re-checked one of the two rooms that had been done and the cleaner did a very half assed job and he stank to high heavens of marijuana. I called Mark and he told me that after 8 months I kind of was past the two week guarantee. Just a heads up to future customers. This was all just from one bedroom. In response to Mark's hysterical claim that I am trying to "extort" a free cleaning is laughable. All you need to do is look at the pictures I took. And the tech did reek of weed. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this business. But I will admit that I love carpet cleaning day. Your house looks great once done. I was able to book online, what a handy feature. Joe came out to our house and cleaned our carpets. The swoon I did for how my carpets looked brand new (20+ year home) and the residual carpet triangles was audible. Service was prompt, exact and everything you want in a carpet cleaner. Additional bonus, the price is listed when you book. read more

Eric from Sterling carpet care was excellent. They scheduled timely. Their fee was the same as quoted and they did not charge for removing any stains like other carpet companies have done. They stayed with the price that was quoted to me at the time of scheduling. There were two stains that were difficult to remove and Eric came back within a day of my call to work on those further. The carpet looks great! Highly recommend this company! read more

I am extremely please with the punctuality, care and service I received. My house has many animals and children running through it daily and my carpets are abused. Not many business owners actually answer their phones live! Mark the owner of this business does! I had contacted home years ago when they first opened the business and luckily, my Yelp comments were still on the site. He gave me a quote to clean our carpet (whole house) and scheduled right away. Eric did a great job. Friendly and conscientious. Confirmed the areas to clean and went about doing his job. We were very happy with the results. As a side note: if you have carpet backed with jute, it does buckle some due to moisture; but never fear, that goes away when it dries. We were extremely happy with the service and will call again in the future when needed. read more

This is my first time using Sterling Carpet Care and I will definitely use them again! I chose this company based on positive Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint! My service technician, Eric, called me prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He confirmed the cost with me before he started the job and there was no upselling, which has been an issue with some other companies I've used. He explained where he would be starting and finishing the job and he also provided some useful tips to keep my carpet in good condition, and I look forward to my next service. Reasonably priced and great service - highly recommend! Thanks read more

Today we had our carpets cleaned for the final time in our home of 35 years. Mark, the owner, has taken care of our carpet cleaning needs for the past several years. In preparation for today, he sent a "heavy duty machine" for our heavy-traffic areas. There is an upcharge for its use, but its well worth it! Joe appeared this morning and tackled our job with extra care and time - the carpets look great! Thank you, Joe and Mark! You will see us again at our new address! read more

Joe did yet another great job cleaning our carpet and also our suede dining chair seats!

Sterling Carpet Care will exceed your expectations! We had an unfortunate experience with our rental property and needed deep cleaning and pet enzyme treatment for our carpets immediately. There is absolutely no part of our experience that could have been better. Thank you Mark and your crew for doing a job well done! read more
