They got us on their schedule in a timely manner, had very reasonable pricing, and Eric notified us when he was in the area and was able to get here earlier (which was great). He did an amazing job with our couch and chair - they look fresh and clean (which is saying a lot, as we have dogs that shed plenty and a toddler). Company came on time to our move-out to clean the carpets before our son moves in. The carpets were quite dirty and a few grease stains because my husband picked up blobs of it on his shoes from a food truck at the car wash. They did a great job getting them clean, happy with the work. I gave four stars rather than five because Joe who did the job was supposed to call us to come and lock up and instead he left a message with out son who was traveling from KS to CO by car. There was no way he was going to get here to lock up the house. I specifically told Joe to call me or my husband and gave him both numbers but instead he left a text on our sons phone and then left the home unlocked. It was a partial move out and so our garage was storing things that are important to us. Anyone could have walked in the door. Our Army son was paying to have it cleaned so his family could move in, but we own the home. My husband did not hear from Joe so he went to the house to check on it and of course, it was left unlocked. read more

Impressed doesn't even begin to cover it!! Initially called on Tuesday to request a quote for cleaning carpet in two of the bedrooms in my home that have been well loved and have not been cleaned in probably 15+years. Hoping for availability at least by the next week and was very happy to hear that they could come the very next day! The next day comes and I receive a call from Eric confirming service and telling me he will be there a little early if that's alright with me. When the job was first done I was Ok with the job done because it was wet when I checked it but after time I re-checked one of the two rooms that had been done and the cleaner did a very half assed job and he stank to high heavens of marijuana. I called Mark and he told me that after 8 months I kind of was past the two week guarantee. Just a heads up to future customers. This was all just from one bedroom. In response to Mark's hysterical claim that I am trying to "extort" a free cleaning is laughable. All you need to do is look at the pictures I took. And the tech did reek of weed. read more

I had contacted home years ago when they first opened the business and luckily, my Yelp comments were still on the site. He gave me a quote to clean our carpet (whole house) and scheduled right away. Usually I do my research a bit more before I use a service like this but I wanted to get the carpets cleaned in a hurry and Sterling Carpet Care was the first business to pop up in my search. The reviews looked good so I went with them. It was easy to schedule on their website and they were able to get me in the next week (they had even earlier openings, but I wanted a specific time). They sent out Kevin who was very nice and professional. He did a great job at removing a coffee stain an old roommate had left in my second bedroom and even a bright green stain on my bottom stair from a spill when carrying up some groceries! I was very impressed on the quality of clean for how quick of a job it was. He was there for about an hour and cleaned two bedrooms and a set of stairs. The price was cheaper than I originally thought, which was a nice surprise! Bonus, they also do upholstery cleaning. I have not used them for it yet but Kevin gave me a quote on cleaning a couch I purchased from my neighbor that could use a little TLC.
