We were impressed by Michael sending u before and after pictures of his previous jobs. He was responsive and showed up as agreed. It only took him about 30 minutes to remove the dark spots on the carpet. I highly recommend him and his business. The estimated cost was reasonable and well worth it. Thanks Michael! You can use me a a referral if you want. See you next time. read more

Michael is very prompt and responds quickly. He is very kind and does his very best to provide you with good service!

I needed a large area rug and 2 smaller runners cleaned. The concern I had with my largest wool rug was that it was in storage for 5 years and had yellowed a bit. Michael was super responsive, and when I explained my rug concerns, he asked questions, had a couple theories about it, and knew how to treat it while also being realistic about managing my expectations. He showed up as expected, super friendly guy, and went to work. I'm pleased with how my carpets turned out, my expectations were managed well, and would absolutely use him again! read more

Did a good job on my carpets, quick to respond, think stairs could have had a bit more attention, but overall good job!!!

The gentleman that came was so nice and did a wonderful job. My bedroom carpet looks like new. I forgot to post the first time but I've now used their service again. He was friendly and great with my 2 pups. read more

Michael was an incredible help. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond, scheduling was easy, and my carpet looks amazing. I also had him clean 2 rugs, one of which was faux fur. They both turned out fresh and softer than before! His technique leaves your floors clean and won't have you waiting days for it to dry. Pet stains- non existent! The price for the services were affordable and competitive. I would recommend to anyone looking to care and maintain their home. read more

Michael was considerate of my urgency. He was able to come and clean the carpets in one day's notice. They were quick and kind.

Very responsive to messages! Michael was true to the quotes he gave us and is very professional too. He cleaned our sofa, loveseat and 2 heritage armchairs. He made them beautiful again. We interviewed a number of companies, but Michael responded quickly with amazingly fair prices. Everything was completed fast and efficiently. We will definitely use him again for all of our upholstery cleaning projects. Well done! read more

Michael came got every room done in short time & removed stains I honestly wasn't expecting to come out. He was quick and efficient and the technique he uses the rooms were pretty much dry in a few hours. Seriously couldn't recommend him more or say nicer things. Very affordably priced. And it didn't feel intrusive having him in our home. Well worth every penny he is definitely who we call next time. read more

Michael was very professional and flexible with my needs. Service was quick, and price was fair. Highly recommend!

This was mainly stairs and primary travel areas of foot traffic but they did most of the entire rooms. Very friendly, knowledgeable, in business for over 20 years, gets to work, no messing around, shows you the pads and what he is getting out of your carpet. Easy to work with and very fair pricing. They are now my go to for carpet care. read more

I had gotten quotes from a number of carpet cleaning companies but Total Carpet Care was the quickest to reply to each of my follow up questions. I have to admit I was a bit on the fence given the overall Yelp rating, but when I dug into the reviews I saw that many of the bad reviews were old (we are talking like 10+ years old) and many of those bad reviews seemed unreasonable. Go with this carpet cleaning company if you want: -carpets that will get cleaned and be dry fast -smell like they have been truly cleaned/sanitized (there wasn't a perfume or soapy smell but rather a chlorine/bleach smell that faded as the carpets dried) -to avoid fans and days waiting for your carpets and the pads under them to dry -to hire someone who comes across like a genuinely good guy (no upsells here-- thank you!) He also cleaned my 3 armchairs (one of which had been used as a nursery rocking chair with breastmilk stains... Michael was very gracious about that and didn't act all grossed out). Lastly, I also felt like he was thorough and took his time getting the job done right. My carpets look much brighter and the whole house smells so much cleaner (with 2 cats, a large dog, 2 toddlers, a baby, and baby chicks that were raised in a brooder in the house for a time, I'm afraid I may have had one stinky house...). Cheaper than that name brand steaming carpet cleaning company too (I felt like Total Carpet Care was a better value). Thanks Total Carpet Care! Pleasure hiring you! read more

Great service! This may not be a big name company but the work is comparable. He gave notice he was on his way, showed up on time, very respectful, and the carpets look great. It was even done quicker than I expected. He was thoughtful about my cat, assured me the cleaning products he was using are 100% pet safe. I will definitely use this service next year. Oh! I almost forgot the cost. I called 5 places and this one was by far the cheapest but not lacking quality. read more

Michael responded very quickly, faster than any other carpet cleaning company. The reviews online were what sold me, along with the price. The job entailed tile cleaning and carpet shampooed. I was able to schedule on the days that worked best for me. He was very prompt and professional. The job was scheduled over 2 days. It didn't take all day which I was grateful for. The before and after pictures look great. I am very happy with the way the floors look. I would definitely recommend. Thank you read more
