Called Grout Pro and scheduled an onsite estimate. The person that came out was friendly and gave us a quote for the work needed with date options. Called back the same day to confirm scheduling and a few other details and was told I would get a callback. Three days later and still nothing. I've called several more times and still no luck. We moved into a house that was nearly new. We thought it would be a good idea 14 years later to have the grout "cleaned up". Also we were concerned about some grout that was flaking off. The very clean and professional staff came to our house and showed us that the grout was coming up because the tiles were not set properly when it was built. Their very fair price estimate included fixing the tile underneath. When they were finished they had corrected the loose tile issue and restored the grout to its original color and sealed it. We had Grout Pro come over this week to re-grout the bottom of our shower and the clean the grout throughout our travertine floors. The owner, Jared was very nice. Came out gave and estimate and within a week or so we had the crew in there. The young men that came out to do the work were very nice, clean cut and complete gentlemen. I always appreciate it when people come into our home to do work that they are respectful and careful, both of which Grout pro was. I could not believe the transformation in my floors... they looked brand new. I wish I had known about this process earlier because it really does give older floors a major face lift for minimal cost. Given the number of guys that showed up, and the price charged, I would have expected my grout to look amazing after they finished. However, they basically just cleaned and painted the old grout rather than removing and replacing some; that never looks right. And it was not the color I wanted! Disappointing. read more

Was not happy with the experience and results. They left residue on tile and cabinets. I asked if I needed to do any preparations and they said no. When they did the sealing, they did not clean the area, so if there was something/lint left on counter or floor, it was sealed to the counter or floor. So now I have bumps on my shower floor and bathroom counters. After they sealed my shower, the caulking leaks. His sons was in a hurry to finished the job and leave. He actually left at one point. His partner had to call him back because he was not sure if he completed his part of the assignment. I also questioned some residue left on my brand new wood floors. They said it was already there. My answer is no, it wasn't. But to prove it. read more

Grout Pro cleaned and sealed my shower grout a year ago. It looked great when they got done. The last few months, some of the grout lines have slowly been turning dark again. Makes shower look dirty and can't be cleaned off by regular cleaning products. So I called Jared and told him what was happening. He came out to see it within a few days. Said he'd take care of it. On the day of appointment he arrived exactly on time. Told me the reason for the dirty grout were 1) my shower head has a slow drip, which doesn't allow the grout there to dry out, hence the dark color and 2) my shower has a crack in the seam at one of the shower walls, which is causing the grout to turn dark there. So even though the problems had nothing to do with Grout Pro or their previous work, Jared recleaned and resealed my shower, and gave me some tips on how to keep the grout looking good. No charge. He said, if needed, he can come out annually and clean any problem spots, for about $80 per visit. I recommend Grout Pro. My shower looks sooo much better! read more
