He went above and beyond to rectify the situation by finding another remnant from another company that closely matched the original and cutting a brand new top at his expense. It was very dificult to communicate with the two installers because neither of them spoke English…read more Although they arrived promptly to install carpet in the three bedrooms, they were careless in installing the carpet such that my baseboard was badly marred about every six inches wherever there was baseboard installed along the perimeter of each bedroom! Due to timing, In & Out Flooring did not correct the basebase board issues and I had to have a handyman make these corrections. I wish I had not used In& Out Flooring!
