This was a very difficult installation as the old floor was glued down to the concrete slab foundation. This required three days of grueling chiseling and grinding on the slab. A bear of a job. One area was a particular worry for me as the floor had a hump in the middle - Angel ground down the hump to leave a ballroom level floor. The resulting floor is simply beautiful. My only complaint is that they use a very long (14 pages) contract that is not customized to the job. A shorter customized contract for each type of job would be better.

We walked in and was very impressed with the showroom. Basically allowed to roam the warehouse, take pictures of the barcode, and they can create an invoice with info and pricing. Although they only carry slabs (no prefab).. I liked the choices they had. I had seven different slabs and pricing was various $$$$.. Still surprised the prices were lower than I thought. Still need to find a fabricator, and probably one more estimate on slabs. Im really glad they are in town.

We contacted Bedrosians immediately regarding this issue so they could see what was happening. End result was that they were not willing to honor the product the rep told our fabricator that his client (me) that I should have done "better research" on the material. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

Unless you count the couple of teenagers who sit up by the front-counter complaining about how much money they don't make. Following that fiasco, it was recommended that I go to Sparks Tile and Stone. Immediately upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Kathy. Who took her time and gave me quite a "tile 101" education, which was greatly appreciated. She gave me so much to think about, I came back the next day and Ashley helped me, as Kathy was on her lunch break. With her help AND the knowledge, I'd gained previously from Kathy, I was able to swiftly select the tile and make my purchase. I'll drive back tomorrow to pick-up my order. It's a 60-mile round-trip from my home (Carson City) to Sparks Tile and Stone and I'm happy to do it for the incredible service I receive here. What a fantastic and friendly business!!! If I could give Angela more than five stars, I absolutely would…read more We had a very large and complicated project with eight bathrooms, and I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through it without her. Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail. When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do. What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today. Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer--I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her. They were not clear with how our counter would be installed. It was badly cut and badly arranged…read more The son Ryan did a poor job measuring our area for the counter and he never informed us we could use their software to correctly arrange our slabs for our kitchen counter and backsplash so that they would match and look seamless. The slabs do not match and have a poor continuity. One of the seams between the slabs, because of the poor cuts/measurements, is large enough to fit a coin between the two slabs. This particular seam is the backsplash behind my stove so not easily hidden. Their solution, rather than using a new slab, was to just add extra caulk. When we expressed our concerns to the father owner Steve, his response was to tell us they had been in business for years and did the Governor's house years ago. Perhaps they would have done a good job for us if I was the Governor, but instead they did less than adequate work. Also, they did not put the hours for the sink faucets in the place where we wanted them. They did not ask for instruction on where to place the holes, even though we were in the house when they were making them. I had to have them come to our house several times to correctly caulk the seams. The technician did a sort of ok job. But the counters were never installed to our satisfaction. When we voiced our concerns Steve and Ryan simply dismissed us and our concerns. My husban
