My favorite sofa needed a good cleaning, plus I have two cats who leave their hair everywhere. Eco Pro did a fantastic job cleaning it thoroughly. Took maybe an hour or so to do the job. The cushions were slightly damp and dried pretty quickly the same afternoon. Professional, efficient and a good value! read more

Lukas was flat out the best contractor of any specialty that I have ever used-and I have dealt with quite a few. He was punctual, honest, very personable and his prices are very resonable. I had him come ouit to do an estimate on cleaning my upstairs carpets and to do some carpet stretching to eliminate some bulges. He was right on time and we had thwe esitimate done and the work scheduled in just a few monutes. The job was done perfectly on both issues I had and he was early, so he was finished almost before he had originally estimated he would be here. A very enjoyable experience (many contractors aren't even close to delivering that!) and I will have him back whenever I need any carpet work. I highly reccomend him for all your carpet needs. Great service! Lukas is very responsive and the schedule is flexible. The cleaning is great with fair price.

I contacted Lucas/Eco Pro solely based on the great Yelp reviews and I'm SO glad I did. I HIGHLY recommend him!!! The reviews are accurate about his prompt response/arrival time, honesty about the condition of the carpets (we had one long strip of various dog pee stains) and extremely fair pricing. I was also impressed by his extensive knowledge about the nature of stains and his willingness to set realistic expectations about the removal of ours. He also went the extra mile, ensuring the safety of my family, when he took it upon himself to complete a minor repair. His character is solid, he exceeded my expectations and the carpets look fantastic!! Thank you, Lucas!! We appreciate you!! read more

I highly recommend Eco Pro. I found the business here on Yelp and really liked the website. Lukas just came today to clean my toddler kids room. If you have young kids you can imagine the need especially after cold and flu season. Lukas is very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He gave me tips on how to clean our carpet in the future. I really appreciate his honesty during the visit. He didn't try to make me get more services than what I needed. The floor looks so fresh and lovely. I will definitely be calling him anytime I need my carpets or upholstery cleaned. Thank you, Lukas! read more

I hired another carpet company to stretch my carpet to fix some fraying on the transition from the floor to the carpet. After the work was complete (30 to 40 minutes), it looked okay, but I was busy enjoying some downtime due to three 70 hour weeks prior. I was not the best fix I seen, but based on the angle I did not realize the binder bar was broken/lifted. My wife immediately noted the bar when she got home and after one night the carpet pulled back and looked like this. Pictures of other Carpet Repair:  https://photos.app.goo.gl/XSGidYcH6DQAFXqK9 I talked to a supervisor and I was able to get someone over here for the repair, again. It looked worse than the initial repair and I was getting flack from them that I approved it. Yes , I did, but whatever happened to quality and pride in your work. It was not done correctly and therfore the rug pulled pack. They showed up and I was firm that it should have been fixed correctly for the 30 minutes and $300 that I was charged. The technician went back to his shop to find a binder bar with a built in tact strip. I get a call from a Supervisor saying they can't fix it and we go back and forth. He agreed to give my money back and I was happy. I canceled my carpet cleaning because of lack of quality and he was not happy. He promptly ended the call and never gave me my money back. I will be filing a compliant with Better Business Bureau. After, this I hired Eco Pro Cleaning Solutions which fixed my problem. He was hesitant and cautious in which I could understand due to the extensive damage. He assessed the problem, found the fault with initial installation, removed the tact strip, and replaced it with a binding bar with a built in tact strip. The work took two hours and came out perfect. He did great work and here are the photos. https://photos.app.goo.gl/QKNYn8qatzoHqT89A read more

I contacted Lucas/Eco Pro based on the Yelp review. I had my carpet stretched by another company to find out it was done correctly. I needed a whole house cleaning before putting a house on the market. There were a lot of pet odors, stains, and general badness. He came to the house to give me a quote and was honest about what he thought he could do and what it would cost. He used a black light, both when giving me an estimate and when applying spot cleaning and gave me a fair quote without upselling. The results are amazing. The stale, musty, pet odors were replaced with a mild floral scent, he got all of the debris out, and the carpets looks better than they have in years. He honored his quote, communicated promptly and well, and did a great job. I'll definitely use them in the future. read more

I called him on my way home from work at 4:45 and at 5:30 he was at my house taking measurements and going over the cost of services. We had our carpets and tiles cleaned for our four bedroom 1,800 sq ft home and he even gave us half off for tile grout sealant. We paid $400 and it looked phenomenal. The drying time was super fast and Lukas was very pleasant to work with and he took care to explain everything beforehand and he delivered. read more

I found this business through yelp using the messenger service. My answer was super prompt and super surprising. I honestly didn't think I would be able to find anyone to clean the carpets of the home I was moving into. My move in was Dec 28 and I was shopping on Dec 27! I didn't intended to wait until the last moment but there were a lot of balls in the air and I was worried something would go sideways. I was candid with the business - 'hey this might not work out, not sure when I will get the keys, what happens then?' Their response - it happens, stay in touch, no worries. And it worked out! He comes on time, he cleans my carpets, he doesn't try to up sell me, he does an AWESOME job, it is the exact price quoted, he leaves booties for shoes, and I am super happy person. Thank you! read more
