I brought the broken drawer in and within a few days the drawer was fixed. They ended up rebuilding the cabinet drawer, which I'm glad they did. They used quality wood which makes the drawer more durable and the rails on the side fit perfectly back into place when put back in the cabinet opening. I found Eco Pro online. I wanted someone who doesn't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpets because we have an old dog with a lot of health issues. Lucas from Eco Pro did a wonderful job on my carpets. My old guy can barely control his bladder these days, so we had a lot of pee stains all over our livingroom. Lucas was very professional, and did a wonderful job on my carpets. He got all the pee stains out and the smell is gone as well. Also my carpets were dry in about an hour or so. Had carpets cleaned before by different companies and it always took all day for them to dry. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got. They arrived on time and got right to work, bringing in their equipment carefully and putting corner guards in place throughout the house. One of the first things I noticed was the pleasant scent - it is very light and does not smell like chemicals. My usual preference is for no scent, but I found myself preferring this delicate scent. They were efficient and quick (but not too quick!), and the carpets looked very clean when they were through. The price is one of the most reasonable I have found in Reno and includes a military discount (thank you, Zach, for your patriotism!). Fresh Start is fairly new to our area, but not new to the business of cleaning flooring. We look forward to trying their tile cleaning service next.
