Our cat had damaged several areas of our carpet, and Rich's repairs are virtually invisible. He then cleaned the carpets in the entire house. In the past, other carpet cleaners left the carpets soaking wet. In this case, they were mostly dry that evening. I highly recommend Rich. Our family has used Carpet Craft for over five years now (& sadly just now getting around to writing a review) and they really never disappoint. Obviously, they're a QUALITY and professional service, or we wouldn't have stuck with them for so long. I'm writing this because of the extra mile they seem to go. One time, the only person home to let Richard in was my 83 year old grandma who only speaks Thai. While Richard was cleaning, a large bob cat appeared in our backyard. He called me right away, sent me a picture, and made sure I told my grandma to stay inside the house because she doesn't speak English and he wanted to ensure she understood. Another time, he quoted me over the phone but came to find one room was actually larger and the price would've been a little extra, but he stuck to the quote he told me over the phone. This time (maybe a year later than the aforementioned bob cat time) my grandma wasn't home, but he reminded me to let her know to be very careful going from the carpet to the tile. In addition to all of the excellence, he provided me with tips on good carpet cleaners and which ones to stay away from, as I have a small dog that seems to think every inch of carpet is his territory. (He said to stay away from the ones that smell "peppery" as they tend to stain and how to properly clean the carpet when there's a spill or puppy accident.) I've never compared pricing with other carpet cleaning services in the area because I've never needed to. Regardless of whether I could find a cheaper service, I wouldn't switch because Carpet Craft is 5 stars in every area - from the service itself to the customer service and to just being kind individuals. This is the 3rd time Rich has come to our rescue with prompt, friendly efficient service. The 1st time Rich came within 2 hrs to clean up a terrible mess from our sick dog; then he later cleaned the whole house carpet after a sale; this time he cleaned our small condo before we list it for sale furnished. Rich and Sabrina did an outstanding job on our living room carpet yesterday(1/7/15). They were on time, were completely professional and their rates were great! Rich stretched the carpet where there were "bubbles" and then cleaned it. I looks brand new. I would like to point out that I had been dealing with another carpet cleaning business in town prior to calling Carpet Craft. After moving all the furniture out of the living room and waiting two different days for this other carpet cleaning business to show up and do the job we had agreed upon, I called Carpet Craft. I was so frustrated after spending two different days waiting for the work to get done. So, I called Carpet Craft and I asked if they could come out "NOW" and fix the carpet! Rich told me he could be at my house in less than 2-hours. I am sure he sensed my angst. We recently vacated a rental in Reno, NV and used Carpet Craft to perform the final cleaning of the carpets before we turned the keys over the the property manager. I must admit that between our kids, the neighborhood kids and the pets, I was dubious as to how clean and bright the carpet would get with a cleaning. Well, Rich and his crew did a fantastic job. The carpets look excellent. Add to this the friendly service which started with the first phone call for a quote, the extra favors I asked with respect to notifying the landlord and the follow-up calls and I only wish that I had found Carpet Craft before. We just had our carpets cleaned this morning. Sabrina showed up at the door and was EXTREMLY rude because I did not hear her ring the doorbell. I was just getting out of the shower when I heard the door bell ringing over and over again. I ran downstairs in my towel to let them in and Sabrina starting in on me right away. AGAIN, EXTREMLY RUDE and unprofessional. I would have sent them away right then and there but we already moved all the furnature into the garage and couldnt wait even one more day to find someone else. I own a service business and I would NEVER in a million years speak to one of my customers the way this woman was speaking to me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are far more companies out there that would treat you with the respect you deserve and appriciate your business, especially in an economy like we have now where carpet cleaning is a luxury and not a necessity. read more
