They came to clean our carpets when we first moved in. I noticed there were some spots still on the carpet. They came back out to clean them again as promised. I thought they would steam clean the spots but all they did was use a spray bottle and towel to try to touch up. Seemed very lazy way to me like they didn't want to drag out the equipment again. I also noticed the entry to the bedrooms did not come clean and nobody uses them. I will be trying somewhere else next time. Sorry read more

Great service, quick, professional, fair price! They got right back when we contacted and arrived right on schedule. Communication throughout was flawless and the tech did great work. read more

Pet stains are gone and our home feels brand new again Price is affordable and my favorite part about the whole thing was I requested a quote + set up an appointment online the very same day; All during the weekend. Thanks, Mark and team :) Process was a piece of cake and I could not recommend enough! read more

Called Scott's, (Sterling) carpet care and received an excellent quote and very timely service. All work was done quickly, efficiently and was a great value. read more

Scott answered his phone, answered my questions, and was courteous and direct. (I note these because some of the other providers I contacted either never answered their phones, were evasive about details/cost/scheduling, and were brusque.) He quoted very reasonable prices, was punctual, and did an excellent thorough job. My rugs and my husband's disgusting beloved lazyboy are so clean and fresh now (the lazyboy is still so ugly, but at least it's clean and smells nice now). We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to family and friends. read more

Joe came by to clean my carpets today; he arrived right on the dot, was super friendly, professional, and fast but thorough in his work. I received several quotes from other carpet cleaners and this was by far the best price (as of 9/10/20, a promotion was occurring). 10/10 would recommend and will be calling Joe/Mark for future cleaning appointments. read more

Chris Middleneck was great! He's very attentive answered all my questions and did an amazing job. We will be getting our upstairs done soon. Thank you so much! read more

Update: Just wanted to update my review to rave about the new owner, Mark. We recently needed carpets cleaned again and messaged Scott's carpet cleaning. Mark responded back right away and was able to get us scheduled quickly. I believe our tech's name was Nick and he was amazing! Super fast. I needed an extra space cleaned and he added it on with no problem. We'll miss Scott but Mark and his crew are continuing the 5 star service we've enjoyed from Scott's Carpet cleaning over the years. Original review: Scott is great!! We've used him a couple times, both for a regular cleaning and a move out cleaning. He is on time, fast, and amazingly priced! He does great work. We will continue to use him for our new home! read more

Great service! Quality work for an affordable price! Thank you! I would definitely recommend calling this company for their services.

Needed the carpets cleaned- it had been a while, and after looking through the Yelp reviews I decided to call Scott. Good move. First, he answered his phone right away. He was personable and fit me in later that week. Seemed like a good guy over the phone. The day of he not only showed up on time, he was early. He carefully looked over the whole house, pre-cleaned all the spots, moved stuff when necessary and then got down to business. Very communicative & friendly throughout. He even did some throw rugs without fuss. He took about 90 minutes, and the results are great. They haven't looked so clean in years, and no chemical smell. While he was doing my daughter's room, he noticed some tearing where the carpet transitions into the hallway tile. We had used tape in a half-assed repair, and he asked if I had any remnant leftovers. I dug them out and within 10 min he had cut a small piece, replaced the torn carpet and blended and glued it in perfectly. Above and beyond. Thanks Yelpers! Yelp working just like it is supposed to. I know who I'll be calling from now on when the carpet need it. Thanks Scott! read more

I used Scott's Carpet Care a few weeks ago on a friend's recommendation to clean our carpets. He was on-time (shocking!) and did a great job. He was very thorough and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them/him again. Recommended!! read more

Scott came over to clean a couch I bought at the SPCA store for $25 (good deal huh?). His rate was $75 which was much cheaper compared to the other few places I called (most wanted over $100). I did find 1 place cheaper for $50 but that was a special and they wouldn't have been able to get to me for 2 weeks so I decided to go with Scott based on his professionalism and his reviews. He arrived early (I've noticed people in professions like plumbing, doing cable, roofing, etc, are ALWAYS late!!), took his time and even cleaned a little bit of my carpet because he might have walked in with dirty feet (not sure if he did or not). My couch looks great. Would not hesitate to recommend Scott. read more

Courteous, fair, reliable and good work. My new "go-to" for cleaning carpets, rugs and furniture!

Our 6 month old puppy tore-up the carpet in the door way of my master bedroom. I thought I would have to replace my wall to wall carpet. I called Scott and he came to my rescue. He seamlessly patched the carpet with some carpet from my hall closet. He also replaced the small patch he used from the hall closet with a piece that he had. He is truly experienced in his trade. Scott was prompt, knowledgable and very nice to work with. He went the extra mile and used all organic products which is wonderful since we have small children. My carpet looks brand new and the patch job blends perfectly. If I could give Scott 10 stars I would. I highly recommend him and I know I will be using him from now on. It is so great finding a true professional. Teri. Tahoe Donner Truckee, Ca read more

Let's put it this way, Scott didn't earn all these 5 stars for nothing! I'm just going to say as long as he is around in this business, you just don't have to worry about ever calling one of those bigger companies that overcharge and do so so work! Scott does EXCELLENT work at a very good price! He even did a small repair on one area and now it looks like new! Thank you Scott, and it's great to see a local business thrive! Recommend highly!! read more

The best! Scott is the ONLY carpet care business we use. Carpet is perfectly clean and all stains were removed. Scott is meticulous and gets right down to business. He does an excellent job and we highly recommend. I thank him every day that I look at my carpet! read more

What can I say....Scott hits on all cylinders when it's comes to honest professional carpet cleaning. He won't try and up sell you anything and quotes a fair and honest price! He isn't pushy or flashy, but a true honest nice guy who delivers a quality job. In the two times I've had my carpet cleaned by him I have been blown away by how good my carpets look. I would HIGHLY recommend him if your looking for someone to clean your carpets. Well done Scott! read more

Will use them again! Great job. They were timely, well priced & accommodating to changing the date.

Very pleased with Scott's service. Prompt and reliable, good communication. Quoted a price over the phone and that's what we paid. No up charges or additional sales pitch at the time of service. What really impressed me was the extra effort Scott made to go over the badly stained and soiled areas of the carpet. He really cares about his work. Will definitely call him again. read more

We just moved to Reno and were in need of a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets of our home we just moved into. I went by the yelp reviews and picked Scott's Carpet Care. Scott quoted a price over the phone, was on time, did a great job, AND did not try to upsell us any extra carpet cleaning things. After carpets were cleaned and dried he then came back and stretched the carpets. He is good at what he does, is professional, on time, thorough. He made our three guest rooms ready for guests! Thank you Scott and I will definitely recommend you to friends. read more

This is the second time I've used Scott's and I'm just as pleased this time as I was the first time. He does an awesome job and doesn't go around up charging you for every little thing. Honest, hardworking, and fair guy! You won't regret using him! read more

It was simply great from start to finish. Scott answered his phone promptly and gave me a quote. He arrived in the time frame that was given. Scott did a thorough job with my carpets and my couch. I would definitely recommend. read more

Scott just cleaned the long white carpet at my parents house. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom because she said she was so blown away by how white he made the carpet again. She said they look like the carpets are brand new! There were stains and dog pee, all gone now! The craziest thing is out of several carpet cleaners, he beats their prices. read more

I have a rental property in stead and my previous tenant had a cat that left behind some bad odors and tore up a couple corners in the house. Scot quoted me a very good price and he when he got here he went over all the carpets twice! The results were amazing. Then he went above and beyond and repaired the damaged carpet that the cat tore up at no charge! I was so blown away at his honesty and integrity that I gave him a tip. This is my new carpet guy as the only surprises you'll get with him is he goes the extra mile. Thanks Scott! read more

Scott is awesome! He did a rental home and my own home originally and did such a great job at a reasonable price, that I've been using him since. On two occasions I've had him come out for an 'emergency' (red hot sauce on a white couch, spilled by a toddler, and a dog stain on the rug) and not only did he get out here quickly, but you couldn't tell there was anything ever there after he was done. Highly recommend! read more

Scott runs a great one man operation. I called and scheduled an appointment (with short notice) and he was very willing to accomodate. He gave me a quote and stuck to it even though there were a couple spots in worse condition than he expected. He showed up early and had his stuff completely ready to go at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and professional and told me exactly what he was going to do (including what special treatments he was going to do for the rough spots). He finished very quickly and used some tools I've never seen the big companies use! I was genuinely stunned with how good he got my carpets looking! read more

I have used Scotts service a half a dozen times and he is awesome. He does small area rugs or my whole house, even does my couches. I will only use him now instead of any big commercial service. I highly recommend him. I have young children and animals and his cleaning solutions don't bother my family or leave any chemical smells. He's a total professional, I have referred him to several friends and family. read more

Scott was amazing! I had my water shut off in my new home and he came with water. He is competitively priced. He also saw that my entry carpet was starting to fray and he stretched the carpet to repair it and also saw a seam that was starting to show and fixed that also. He also explains the process he uses. I will definitely use him at least once a year, if not twice to keep my carpet fresh. read more

Called Scott on a Saturday after taking possession of a new home that the previous owners left in a terrible state. He met me first thing Monday morning to deep clean the carpets. He was early, friendly, and efficient. He charged what I thought was a fair price. The carpets look amazing and the pet smell is gone. I highly recommend his services. read more

Scott did a wonderful job! We have a wolf dog that sheds like crazy and also a young baby who is crawling so we really wanted the carpets and couch to be super clean and also free of allergens. The solution Scott used is green and eco friendly which is great with pets and babies. He was fast, did a detailed job and was very friendly and professional! We are very satisfied, thank you Scott! Also he was able to schedule us the next day and has very good pricing! read more

Late review, sorry! Scott did an amazing job on my apartment. My bulldog seemed to have a hard time when we first moved and I had tried everything to get the smell out to no avail. Scott showed up right on time, was straight to the point, and gave me brand spanking new carpets within an hour! He also gave me some tips and tricks should Haus have anymore issues. I couldn't rave more about his professionalism or his work. Definitely sticking with him from now on. read more

The reason I called Scott's Carpet Care was because of the reviews on Yelp...and those reviews were absolutely correct! Scott did a tremendous job on our older carpets! My husband was home for the cleaning and said he was so nice and easy going, but worked so hard to get out the stains and make sure we were happy with the results. When I got home from work the carpets were beautiful. Thank you Scott...and your prices are reasonable and you did such a good job! read more

I decided on going with Scott's Carpet Care after doing some yelping and I am glad I did. I have had some experiences with the larger companies in town and nothing against chain franchises, they just didn't do as good of a job. The price was subject to change and they gave a VERY rough time estimate as to when they arrive. Scott promptly picked a date that worked for both of us, he showed punctually and the price he quoted was the price I paid. I am very pleased with his service and will definitely go through him for my carpet cleaning from here on. read more

Scott Rocks! He's on time, fast, thorough and reasonable!
