AMAZING CARPET CLEANING!!! Norbert from Magnificent Carpet Care cleaned our carpets today! Each year we ask him to come by and rejuvenate our carpet. We installed this carpet just after we bought the home and Norbert is impeccable with the service he provides! Norbert did a great job, and was an honest man. I would recommend his expertise on cleaning carpets.

Large home carpet cleaning including stairway. Deep cleaning to remove pet hair then steam cleaning and scotch guard. Great job on stains and carpet dried in a day. Norbert was friendly and a solid worker. Will use his services again. read more

Recently bought a house and the carpets had visible stains, but to the dismay of my OCD self, I found not-so-visible stains with a black light. Chatted with Norbert, who was very kind and patient with my questions. Responses were quick too. Scheduled a deep steam clean and tile clean. Kevin arrived on time, also texted beforehand to let me know when he was on his way, which I appreciated. I was impressed on his professionalism and the way he immediately started surveying the floors. I didn't have any furniture to move and only had the tile cleaned with water instead of using chemicals, which was recommended by Kevin to save me some money. House was still new-ish, so the tile and grout still looked good. Overall, it was $400 for my 2400sqft one-story home. I expected a higher price because in my mind, the carpets were horrid, but maybe it wasn't that bad. ALL of the stains were removed, tile was cleaned and I couldn't be happier. Kevin hustled and was done in 2 hours. Will schedule with them again in the future. read more

If you are interested in floor or upholstery cleaning Norbert is the best around! He cleaned our carpets and furniture in Dayton, Nevada. The carpets turned out great even though they are 15 years old and our 25 year old furniture came out looking new, and they are tone on tone white! We were so pleased with his service we begged him to bring his cleaning service to us in Carmichael, CA, which he reluctantly agreed to. It is almost 3 hours of driving one way. The carpets were a huge challenge a family with 6 children lived in our home for 10 years. The carpets look amazing compared to what they looked like previously. At least we can feel better about the cleanliness while we search for the floorings we desire. I can't find my before pictures, you wouldn't believe it! read more

After checking recommendations within the Nextdoor app and confirming with the reviews here in Yelp, I decided to give Magnificent Carpet Care a try on my carpets. We had about 3 years worth of traffic and build up on the carpets, so you could imagine the traffic and other stains that were built up within the carpet. When Norbert came out to clean the carpets, he wasn't sure if he would be able to get all of the traffic stains out, but he identified he would do his best. As it turned out, all of the stains were removed and the carpet came out very clean. After a month, there were no spots were the traffic stains came back. They did a fantastic job on the carpeting and I would gladly bring them back for another cleaning, hopefully sooner than the 3 years it took me before. read more

This carpet cleaning service is the very best. Norbert is honest, informative and reliable. I have a dog who has spotted my carpets. The stains were removed. I did have a a large stain on my light colored carpet in my office from a leak in my printer. The stain happened after I had made the appointment therefore did not inform Norbert of this stain. He came and cleaned my carpets but did not have the product he needed with him and said he would be back. He returned and as promised removed the black ink. I wanted to pay him or at least tip him. He refused. Please try this carpet cleaning service you will be pleased! Lynne read more

I'm a bit tardy in writing a review. Was very pleased how fast I was able to make an appointment. This company did a great job on all our carpet. Stains came out that thought were permanent from other cleanings by other companies. I tried Magnificent for the first time because the usual cleaner seemed not to be able to return phone calls. So Phooey!!!! Called Magnificent. The fellow that actually did the work was diligent and obviously put in lots of effort. Will be calling again when the time comes. read more
