These folks are phenomenal and can do it all as they claim. I apparently hosted a mouse and chipmunk party for the forest creatures and they left a mess...plus the Tahoe dust that finds a way in...the spider webs and the carpet and tile grout in need of TLC from all those ski seasons...They came same day with van mounted equipment and a wonderful crew....WOW! The employees were very friendly and were quick to respond. They were nice enough to clean the carpet in a bedroom at no extra charge. Unfortunately, the tile and grout lines in a shower saw no improvement. I give them credit for trying, but the main reason for hiring them was to clean the tile and grout, but that didn't happen. read more

The price, the service, and the timely professional response make Custom Floor Care the only place I will use in the future. I was quoted a price over the phone expecting up sales like some of the other floor care providers I have used. This was not the case, they quoted price, a time, and the day they were available and adhered to everything. They use state of the art equipment inside a clean new van that didn't leave stains on my paver driveway. The staff was attentive to my needs, and respectful of my time by showing up at the agreed upon time. Staff was also extremely pleasant in demeanor and detail oriented in the service they were providing. They really worked their tail off getting this job done in a timely manner while not skipping any areas or hard to reach spaces. Im starting a new business and needed to have my tile floor cleaned. The floor was really bad and i thought it would have been better to redo thef entire floor. I called these guys to see what they could do. They came in and said that they could make it look brand new, and like the inside of a grocery store. I had gotten a previous quote and it was about half the price of these guys. These guys told me that they only do quality work, and that the price they gave me was as fair price for quality work. Obviously I chose them. They came in and did the job and sure as hell, my floors look brand new! And like the inside of a grocery store! If I could give them ten stars I would. I have actually used this company for more than 20 years. They have always done a great job.I'll admit to using other companies for deals on occasion, but the old adage you get what you pay for definitely applies. I recently bought a new house and when we walked in the first day the carpets smelled of dog urine so strong I could hardly stand being in the house. I called a company local to my town hoping they would give me the best chance of a same day cleaning. The answering service offered to patch me through to their 'emergency on call technician'. I gladly accepted. The man on the other line said he could come out after he finished some other houses and it would be 5-6PM. I was just happy I would have my carpets done that day, only to have the guy show up at 6 to say he was there JUST to give me an estimate and it would be 'a few' days before they could do the actual work. I thought I was going to blow a gasket and sent him away. I should have just called Custom Floor Care in the beginning. A REAL person answered the phone at 6:30 PM at night. When I told them my story and asked (really begged) if they could come out first thing in the morning, he said he would call me back in a few minutes and did. He said that someone would be at our house at 8:30 the next morning. The technician arrived on time and did an awesome job on the carpets. They even put a deodorizer on the carpet so it wouldn't smell while the pet enzymes did their job. I will never use any other company again. Just the fact that they rescued me in a tough situation has earned my lasting loyalty. read more
