M&M Granite does an exceptional job from start to finish!! I have had Mike & Matt of M&M Granite…read morereplace the countertop in my kitchen, 2 bathroom vanity countertops, a shower/tub enclosure and a shower enclosure with quartz during the past year. They cover the floors and even put plastic around the entry points to the work areas to mimimize the dust reaching the rest of the house. They take great care in removing the existing products, clean up the work area each day and have a lot of respect for the customer's personal property. The backsplashes and baseboards were removed without damaging the drywall above them. The seam between the edge detail and the countertops is invisible. They arrived at the job when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. They respond promptly to texts and phone calls. There was always clear communication regarding the project. They pay attention to details and are superb craftsmen. A lot of thought is put into matching the placement of the quartz pattern on all the walls so that it blends nicely. They take a lot of pride in their work. Mike or Matt were on the job site each day with additional team members as needed. They do the cut the quartz items themselves in their shop, so the quality control is excellent. They do all they can to make sure the customer is happy at the end of the job. If you want percise quality and a gorgeous outcome to your projects, for a fair price you can be confident that M&M Granite will do an outstanding job for you.

Jaymes and his crew did an amazing job on my new quartz kitchen countertops! From start to finish…read morethey made everything easy and professionally done! Plus, they did it for half the cost that Lowe's and Home Depot would have charged me. My next stone/tile job I know who to call! Jaymes at Stone Creations of Nevada! You guys are, 'the best'!

Very happy with how this project turned out! It was a slow start. I had called Jaymes and left a…read moremessage telling him about the project. It took him a month to return my call but that didn't bother me because anything construction related is so much in demand right now, I was just happy to get a call back. Plus it worked out timing wise because when he returned my call, I was ready for the countertop portion of my project. Jaymes was quick to come over and take measurements and he recommend a few places for me to look at slabs. The next day, I had a slab picked out and he sent me the estimate. Once I paid the deposit, he had the countertops installed within 2.5 weeks. The turnaround time amazes me because I was expecting it to take at least a mont, again because of all the construction needs right now. I was not completely happy with the installation crew. They told me they were going to have to make a seams down the middle of the counter and backsplashes, which surprised me because Jaymes had told me the seams would only be in the corners. But after speaking to Jaymes about not being satisfied with multiple visible seams, he was able to accommodate my requests and put the seams in the corners. Also, the installation crew dented a cabinet while they were installing. The handles that were installed later covered the dent up so, no harm. Overall, I am very happy with the quick turnaround and the quality of the work. Jaymes did a great job lining up the grain patterns on the slabs so the backsplash matched the direction of the countertop. I would definitely use Stone Creation again and Jaymes was very easy to work with.

I hired Robert the 2nd week of December to remodel my bathtub to a walk-in shower using FlexStone…read morevinyl panel kit. He came out and assessed the job and assured me it was a piece of cake, had done one similar and could do the job in two days. He agreed to work from 8am to 1pm. He showed up 2 hours late every day. The first day was tear out, we asked him to remove the tub without damaging the trim or crown. He hacked into the trim in order to make the tear out easier for himself, he assured us that he would fix the trim during the install I paid him via Venmo for 4.75 hours at $85 per hour. The supplies were on order, so installation was scheduled the following week. Again showing up over 2 hours late worked for the next two days 12.5 hours on plumbing and drywall, he demanded we square up and pay him for the 12.5 hours prior to finishing the job, so I sent another Venmo payment. The work appeared very subpar, but I let him return on day 4 to hopefully finish. Robert insisted on installing the vinyl walls like tile, completely disregarding the manufacturer's instructions to glue directly to the sheet rock. He slathered thinset all over the drywall causing an uneven surface so the corners had uneven large gaps. Now we're on day six and he has one more panel to install, he realized the walls are uneven and brings a router to try to fit the uneven seams, leaves plastic shavings all over the garage. After 6 hours of trying to fit the back panel, he says he screwed up and wants to make it right by ordering another panel. He cut it too short by an inch and a half. I explained that you can't just order one panel, a whole new kit would need to be ordered @$1100. He agreed that was fair. After two days of no contact, I messaged him to make sure he ordered the kit. He said he had a problem with his bank. I assumed he didn't have the funds to replace the kit. I decided to order the kit myself and request a refund of the amount I had paid him. He said he needed to make payments. I agreed to allow 4 payments starting Jan 1, and have yet to receive anything. In addition to the botched panels, he installed the pan out of level, the drain was Jerry rigged with miscellaneous parts, the valve was installed upside down, he used PEX shark bite system in an upstairs inside wall which has been known to leak after sometime when the O rings wear out. And he destroyed an irreplaceable frame on our wall while making multiple trips up and down the stairs. I had two licensed plumbers come out and access the job. They confirmed that the plumbing was subpar and needed to be replaced, so the entire shower had to be torn out and start fresh. The new contractor had the job done correctly in 4 hours, yes HOURS, not days. I could kick myself for not hiring a licensed professional in the first place. I am now in the process of small claims litigation to recover the $3k in wages and supplies caused by Robert's lack of experience and transparency. Be sure to hire only licensed contractors and get references prior to hiring anyone for home repairs. Don't just go by reviews, they are very misleading.

Robert returned my call quickly, scheduled the job same day. Did Expert work. Will use again.read more
