We're truly grateful that our neighbor recommended Floor Masters to us. After a year without cleaning, the carpets in our hallway and great room had visible black marks--but now they look almost brand new. The difference is incredible: clean, fluffy, and fresh-smelling. The team was fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Best of all, my wife isn't pressuring me to replace the carpets throughout the house anymore! read more

I am a local Reno realtor and have been using Floormasters for over 12 years. Joe and Kyle have always done great job for my clients and myself. I refer them several times a year and never have been disappointed. The prices they quote are very competitive and the service is always great. read more

I usually post reviews right away, and didn't. But now I have two experiences with Floor Masters. Joe is one the best small business owners I've ever dealt with. We moved out of our house in Virginia City, (by the way, no problem for them to make the drive) and the carpet throughout needed cleaning and stretching. The stretching was the question mark. I've never seen it done well. Until now. Every inch of that house's carpet looked brand new. No loose creases anywhere. AND we weren't even there! Fair price, very skilled, great customer service. Second time, called to have it cleaned after escrow closed, no problem. I highly recommend. 6 stars, if I could. read more

Hands down my best carpet people!! They always come in happy, personable and Joe always throws in something extra for free.

Joe, the owner, came out to look at a part of our carpet where I dropped Clorox on. He was thorough and frank with me after looking at the damage; he actually ended up suggesting another company to do the work. He didn't charge me for his trip out. A week later he was out to look at damage done by red wine that was spilled on a dining chair. He wasn't able to get it out, and for a second time he didn't charge me. But, Joe sent me to two folks who could help me out. Joe is super friendly and ready to help. read more

These guys did an excellent job fixing a torn piece of carpet for a very reasonable price. I called last minute and they handled it within a couple hours. read more

Floor Master's gave me a very competitive price guarantee ( less than half of what 'Bruce Carpet cleaning' quoted me) Not only did he show up on time, he was also amazingly efficient and professional. For about the same price you can try to rent a rug doctor and spend all day doing this yourself- or call these guys and they'll knock out a big room in about 20 mins! And Since they use steam to treat/clean the carpet, the drying time is a lot less ! No brainer! I'll be having them do the grout cleaning & sealing in my kitchen come summer! read more

I installed a tile floor in my kitchen and did not want a metal transition there. I called Joe and he set me an appointment and BAMN. He shows up and took care of it... PERFECTLY. Now my carpet tucks right into the tile. I have had these guy clean my carpets in the past. They are always on time, always professional and have always done a great job! These are the guys you can count on for your carpet needs. Trust me I have. I have never been disappointed. read more

Been looking for a company to come out and restretch our carpet. Other company's wanted to charge the price of new carpet. Joe came out and stretched the carpet the old fashioned way. He was very professional and efficient. He did not try to up sell. In fact he told us our carpet was so clean it did not need cleaning. It saved us money. I wish he was listed under carpet repair and stretching too. We would have called months ago. We highly recommended especially for those w modular or manufactured homes. read more

I just had the owner Joe come do some carpet repair today at my house and am not only amazed at how great of a job he did, but the unbelievable price that he gave me. My dog had chewed two corners up from one of our guest bedrooms, and Joe took existing carpet from the closet to match perfectly to the carpet that needed replaced. This company also has unbelievable pricing for carpet and upholstery cleaning! I will never use Magnificent Carpet Care again after getting such great results for a better price from this place ! Thanks again (: read more

Floor Masters - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Carson City, Nevada

I have a cream color carpet with heavy traffic areas. The Floor Master crew was recommended to me by a friend. Scheduling was easy, price reasonable, crew arrived on time, friendly & efficient. The carpet looked great after cleaning, they also offered to come back free of charge to spot clean if necessary. A week later carpet still looks great, no reappearing spots. Thank you Joe & company! read more

I wouldn't recommend these people at all! I hired them to do a job and I could have done better renting a machine! They didn't even clean the intire room. I have to have another company come out to redo the carpets and when I called the guy back to inform him he's just got defensive and rude! Don't use them if you actually want your carpets clean!!! read more
