We moved out of our house in Virginia City, (by the way, no problem for them to make the drive) and the carpet throughout needed cleaning and stretching. The stretching was the question mark. I've never seen it done well. Until now. Every inch of that house's carpet looked brand new. No loose creases anywhere. AND we weren't even there! Fair price, very skilled, great customer service. He was thorough and frank with me after looking at the damage; he actually ended up suggesting another company to do the work. He didn't charge me for his trip out. A week later he was out to look at damage done by red wine that was spilled on a dining chair. He wasn't able to get it out, and for a second time he didn't charge me. Floor Master's gave me a very competitive price guarantee ( less than half of what 'Bruce Carpet cleaning' quoted me) Not only did he show up on time, he was also amazingly efficient and professional. For about the same price you can try to rent a rug doctor and spend all day doing this yourself- or call these guys and they'll knock out a big room in about 20 mins! I have to have another company come out to redo the carpets and when I called the guy back to inform him he's just got defensive and rude!
