Stephen spent a solid 5 hrs. cleaning my two 7 ft. couches and my carpeting in 3 1/2 rooms, and the grout in the master bath. He did a superb job, except the grout was darker than I expected and I called to let him know. Without hesitation , he returned for another two hrs. to use a stronger product on the grout. When Gayle and I purchased our Genoa house 4 years ago, we pretty much purchased new and relatively high end furniture from Norwalk Furniture in Reno. With their truck and hoses, it reminded me of a Stanley Steamer affair. We simply stayed out of the way and let the owner do his work. We did need to wait a few hours for the cushions to dry, and before we knew it we were ready to watch Silo Episode 9 (Season 2) from the comfort of our clean couch. Let me start by saying I've never felt the need to leave a yelp review until Joey & Ronnie from Summit Cleaning came to my house. They were so awesome, I had to leave a great review for them. The carpets were hideously dirty and had previous flood damage, as well as heavy traffic flow. Now, I can't even tell it was dirty! They were finishing up and told me they were going to clean the tile in our kitchen and entryway because it needed to be done. I got a little panicky, thinking they were doing this extra service I couldn't really afford to splurge on. Then they reassured me it was free of charge; they just couldn't leave the tile the way it was. It felt wrong to them to clean all that carpet and then leave filthy tile. Turns out the grout between the tile is copper, not black! Who knew?! To say I'm thrilled with Summit Cleaning (and Joey and Ronnie in particular) is an understatement. I dropped a bottle of Kool-Aid type drink on our beige carpet and made a horrible pink mess. I was pretty sure the carpet was ruined, and it was only a year old. I tried some commercial carpet cleaning solution on it and it did nothing, so I called the carpet store where I bought the carpet and asked for a recommendation for a carpet cleaner. My wife and I had a horrible experience with a carpet cleaning company in Carson City 8 years ago. We were told our carpet was junk and should be replaced. Our furniture is ten years old, and both the couch and Chaise lounge looked beat up and old. These guys are wonderful! They cleaned a sectional sofa that had been a floor model at Costco and there were greasy footprints, scuff marks from shoes, hand prints and everything else you can imagine a floor model would have embedded in the fabric. When they were done it looked brand new. When I asked them to return a to spot clean a couple of spots that couldn't be seen due to the lighting in our home they did so without any hesitation. They said they would continue to come out until I was completely satisfied. They are very professional and are very cognizant of tracking in dirt from their shoes (they wear shoe covers) and leaving everything in your home as it was when they arrived.
