This company ghosted…read moreme after we had an appointment set up for an estimate between 2:30/3:00 last Thursday on a deep clean, including carpets and windows for a small high-rise condo (640 sq ft). When no one showed up I texted and got a text saying "we need to reach the technician". I texted twice about 4:00 asking for an update. I finally got a text at 6:51 PM saying "Sorry, but our technician left early for a graduation." That's it..... no solution, no offer of another time. Nothing. I have a tidy small place. My son passed away 18 months ago and although I clean and pick things up, since he passed away i haven't cleaned in my usual fashion (nooks & crannies). This meant a lot to me. Since his death i have wanted a restart and a refresh. I even texted 2 more times like a begger asking if we could still make another appointment and received zero response. Crickets. I'm just sayig, DON'T expect good communication from this company. They don't answer the phone and tell you to text instead. I left a voicemail AND texted. It took 3 days to get a return message. Then, per above. I was so excited, then so disappointed.

They offer a rare trifecta of qualities I haven't seen in a long time: true professionalism, genuine integrity, and total dependability. From the moment they arrived for the estimate, their reliability, communication, and follow-through were efficient and seamless. They have a way of putting you at ease immediately--it felt like having neighbors or friends over, yet they never lost their professional level of excellence. What truly set them apart for me was their character. I recently lost my service dog, and the team was so graceful and respectful of my situation. Their work ethic is unmatched and their attention to detail is amazing. This company and this team were exactly what I needed when I needed it; it felt divinely inspired, and it likely was. I already look forward to their next visit and showing the incredible results in the before-and-after photos.

On another visit they didn't clean a glass topped coffee table. Their "window" to show up changed frequently and the same two people did not show up at anytime. My husband, who is home for these cleanings, often heard the team who did show up making negative comments about their teammates (concerning since we didn't know who was going to show up at our house!). As others mentioned, do not expect things to be lifted and dusted under. We stopped using them. We had the service every two weeks and they often spent less than an hour cleaning the house. We had them clean one of the 3 bedrooms in the home - the other two are office/hobby rooms.

They came into the office and my wife explained what she was looking for and they got started. Start, meaning that Karenn was prompt in getting back to us, setting a time to come over and quote the service, then arrange a deep clean, then bi-weekly service. The deep clean one of the best deep cleans ever to get the house prepped. She was meticulous and it was obvious she took pride in ensuring it was a good deep cleaning. I was very impressed and pleased. The value outweighed the price. She communicated well and let me know when she was showing up and when the service was complete. That was important to her. And is important to me. I am looking forward to having them do my bi-weekly cleaning as well. I was very pleased. I've used other house cleaning services, but this has been the best so far in terms of communication and quality of service. I highly recommend Brilliant Cleaning services if you're looking for a solid house cleaning service that's professional, personable and clearly takes pride in the work they do.
